This Villa combines Mexican and Moroccan decorative styles and is the ideal combination of style and comfort. The use of soft lines, open spaces and light colours allows for natural indoor-outdoor transitions that will immerse you in the green nature that is an essential part of Tulum. A mix of some traditional Mexican with details of Mediterranean décor gives the Villa the feel of a Mediterranean palace.

With eight exquisite bedrooms for guests to enjoy, all of which are complete with en suite bathrooms, there is truly no shortage of space. There are two oceanfront master suites, two ocean-view suites, and two garden view suites. All of the bedrooms come equipped with either a gorgeous bathtub where you can enjoy an evening soak before a good night’s rest or a stone jacuzzi, either of which has been stylishly integrated into the rooms.

Ambre et Epices is a former boutique hotel that has been recently converted into a private Villa, meaning there are many living and dining areas around this piece of paradise. It is fully outfitted with a state-of-the-art kitchen, several lounging areas, and a stunning pool deck.

The main dining area is located to one side of the central atrium that the villa features. A corner breakfast bar is next to a dining table that seats up to eight guests comfortably. This is then beside two different comfortable seating arrangements, one on either side. The first one with couches and a small coffee table, the other with a beautiful rug with cushions and small poofs and low tables, where guests may enjoy a meditation session as the sun rises.

Just beyond this dining and relaxation area are the pool and pool deck. The stunningly blue pool is bordered by sunbeds on two sides, with an outdoor table and chair only a few meters away. Surrounding this entire area is a luscious green forest giving guests l privacy without feeling walled-in. Then if you turn into the atrium on the far side of the main dining area, you find the villa’s very own built-in jacuzzi, which is in the ground and, depending on the time of day, it can be enjoyed in the sun or the shade.

Ambre et Epices is very conveniently located near the town of Tulum, a great place to learn about the local culture and experience new things or do some shopping, maybe go to a restaurant or two. It is only a five-minute trip to the centre of the town, and yet it still has all the privacy you could want. The local beach is also only a fifteen-minute journey, a great place to spend a few hours dipping in and out of the sea and soaking up the sun on a picturesque Mexican beach.

Tulum is located in Riviera Maya, which is full of things to do, for everyone. It is also a popular holiday destination and one of the best places to visit in Mexico.
