This exceptional property is laid out over two stories. Every room has an eclectic collection of furnishings that create restful and comfortable spaces. The traditional cotta tiled floors of Tuscany flow seamlessly throughout the property. The ensuite bathrooms and kitchen have accents of colorful fired tiles, bringing a lovely texture to these rooms.

The generous living room on the ground floor is a relaxing space for guests to gather and unwind. This beautiful room opens onto the large furnished veranda with fabulous rural views, allowing a wonderful indoor/outdoor experience.

There is an elegant indoor dining room where your group can gather for a lovely celebration. The veranda has a gorgeous outdoor dining area, perfect for alfresco lunches or leisurely dinners. This individual provides eight hours of cooking daily, setting up memorable breakfasts, homemade pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, or fun barbecue dinners.

This lovely area of Italy sits between Rome and Pisa, in the heartland of Tuscany. The unspoiled fishing village of Castiglione della Pescaia is within an easy drive and is where to pick up the freshest seafood. Gaze out at the island of Elba.

The coastal Massa Marittima is fast becoming the ‘out of the way’ destination for celebrities who want to avoid the hubbub of life in the Med. The amazing city of Siena is just over an hour away. This historic destination is wonderful for shopping and sightseeing. For a bigger experience, make a trip to Rome. It’s all you imagined it could be and even more!
