Turtle Breeze Villa nestles on a 1.4-acre beachfront site at the western end of Grace Bay Beach, known for being one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The villa is in a much sought-after location, providing stunning views of turquoise waters, magnificent sunsets, and stunning landscaped tropical gardens and just a short walk to some great restaurants and Turtle Cove Marina with great fishing and diving opportunities.

This elegant house is a private, resort-styled property, providing the ultimate setting for a luxurious beach vacation. This stunning villa features a spacious open-plan living room and gourmet kitchen area, which flows into an enclosed dining space with magnificent views of Grace Bay. The large outdoor freshwater swimming pool has a swim-up bar with underwater bar stools next to the shaded tiki-hut Barbeque and wet bar area, the perfect spot for grilling freshly caught fish and mixing Caribbean cocktails. The pool also features multiple waterfalls which flow into a picturesque lagoon surrounding the villa.

With ample shaded and sunny spots for relaxing in the warm tropical breezes, there are also many areas perfect for al fresco dining. A raised wooden walkway leads directly from the pool terrace to miles of powder-white sand and the breathtaking turquoise waters of Grace Bay. The villa has been designed to allow for easy living, so whether you want to mingle with your friends and family or enjoy quiet time, the thoughtful layout provides bountiful spaces for either option. While the property is expansive, it cleverly provides many intimate spaces throughout.

The Turks and Caicos Islands are known for their spectacular snorkeling sites. At Turtle Breeze, you are a short stroll from the island’s best snorkeling site straight off the beach in front of the villa.

Famed for its beautiful beaches and exquisite restaurants, Providenciales really is the jewel in the crown of the Caribbean for luxurious yet serene living. Grace Bay, in particular, is renowned for its picture-perfect beaches and exquisite turquoise waters.

STAFF:
This villa is fully staffed and includes a private chef, butler/bartender, daily housekeeping, and concierge.
CHEF: will create daily culinary delights (food/alcohol is charged at cost +15% surcharge)
BUTLER will be the main point of contact and will ensure the chef and his assistant have everything they need, oversee the housekeepers, and spend time making sure drinks/snacks are always readily available.
Staff will be available for 3 meals a day and they will depart from the villa after the dinner service.
**The villa comes with the services of a friendly villa attendant who lives in a newly built separate building to the west of the guest house. The villa attendant ensures all the amenities are set up and functional. Beach chairs, umbrellas, pool deck/supplies, snorkeling, barbecue, pizza oven, etc. He is not a butler or a chef.**

All bedrooms have external entry and ensuite shower. Each air-conditioned bedroom is elegantly appointed with Caribbean-themed décor.
Bedroom 1: is a master King suite on pool level with ocean views and an ensuite with indoor & outdoor showers.
Bedroom 2: has two Queen beds (Q/Q), an ensuite bath with an outdoor shower, and a garden view.
Bedroom 3: has 1 King bed, an ensuite bath with an indoor shower/tub combo, and a garden view.
Bedroom 4: has 1 King bed, an ensuite bath with an outdoor shower, and a garden view.
Bedroom 5: 1 King bed, an ensuite bath with outdoor shower and garden view.
Bedroom 6: Guest House in the courtyard, private kitchen, small living room, indoor shower, 1 King bed, 1 sofa bed.
