Paradiso Del Mar is set on the beachfront and gives guests the advantage of relaxing on the beach in privacy and peace. The proximity to the beach is ideal for all guests as well as children, as they can play and enjoy the sun and sand while you relax in your private cabanas. A range of water sports equipment is available for you and your guests. Feel free to paddle or kayak out across the calm waters of the bay to a little uninhabited cay that sits just beyond. Paradiso Del Mar features an incredible 30,000 square feet of living space with nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a private penthouse. This penthouse space is nestled on the third floor, where you can enjoy unmatched 360-degree views of the stunning blue sea and the pristine white sands below.

The homes feature spacious open-plan living areas. These include the living area, the dining room, and the kitchen. All these areas give way to large floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which make the spaces brighter and more open. These areas also lead out to the large infinity-edge pool, a lap pool, a lounge pool, and a wading pool.

The villa boasts a sunken poolside firepit lounge which creates an intimate nook for privacy. This is a wonderful place to relax in the evening or have a cup of coffee in the morning before you begin your day in paradise. There are a variety of lounge areas where you and your guests can gather together and spend time with one another, making it a fantastic vacation.

As you re-enter your villa, you can climb the grand staircase to the second level. Here you will be met by an inviting open-plan media room with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and a large balcony that provides stunning elevated ocean views. After a long day of exploring the islands and the beautiful beaches, relax in your villa and have a movie night or head out to your private terrace and enjoy a cocktail under the setting sun.

The first floor of the villa has a ramp, allowing easy access. The villa also features a room set up for guests with mobility issues.

The second-floor bedrooms flow perfectly from one to the next, each with its own balcony and wonderful en-suite bathroom, and highest quality finishes and furnishings.

The master bedrooms in Paradiso Del Mar are large and spacious, with walk-in dressing rooms and master bathrooms with tremendous shower rooms designed to face the ocean so you can enjoy the stunning blue waters of the Caicos Banks. Each room has been designed with the utmost care and attention to detail. They have been designed to maximize each guest’s experience and allow for a peaceful and private retreat.
