Welcome to Hawksbill Estate by Exceptional Villas, an exquisite mansion sleeping up to 22 people located on the eastern end of the stunning Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos. Hawksbill Estate in Turks and Caicos is set over several buildings and is located on over 4 acres of gardens and land. There is also a newly renovated Hawksbill Beach House next door adding a further 3 bedrooms to provide up to 11 bedrooms in total. You enter Hawksbill Estate directly into a very lavish and stately Great Room. The Great Room is made even more impressive with the use of double-height ceilings. The décor is exquisite with a pallet of whites and cream offset with the use of natural organic wood and stunning pieces of art as well as a beautiful, unique chandelier. The Great Room has a beautiful super comfortable living area where everyone can congregate together to chat and enjoy each other’s company. There is a formal dining room adjacent to the sitting area. But the thing that makes the great room so special is the floor-to-ceiling windows that open right up and lead onto the beautiful terrace, beach and sea. The views are exquisite.

The main building also houses a fully equipped kitchen and a media and games room with a huge flat screened TV and a variety of games including a shuffleboard table. A unique and comfortable semi-circular couch ensures that everyone enjoys equal viewing of the latest blockbuster. The bedroom accommodation is divided into three separate buildings.

The main house has a beautiful master bedroom located on the first floor. Access to this room is via a cantilevered walnut staircase. This master bedroom has its own private balcony and incredible views of the ocean. Downstairs, two of the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, beach and pool and two of the bedrooms are located to the side of the house with nice garden views.

Next to the main building is another gorgeous Master bedroom which offers its occupant's total privacy. It also leads directly to the beach and has a huge bathroom with a double shower with views of the ocean as well as an outdoor shower and bathtub.

The remaining two bedrooms are located in a separate guest cottage which has its own kitchen and living area. The outdoor terrace is as equally exquisite as the main house. There is a covered section with several places to enjoy alfresco dining as well as another beautiful outdoor living area. The pool which is a really good size has two different sections. The main area is great for relaxing and a cooling dip. The section to the side provides the opportunity to do some laps should you feel like a proper swim. Located within the main pool is a hot tub. A gorgeous fire pit that creates a lovely atmosphere in the evening completes the terrace.

The gardens of Hawksbill Villa are equally as special as the house. There are over 4 acres of land with swaying palm trees providing natural shade on the beach and sweet-smelling tropical flowers.

For our guests who like to be active whilst on vacation, there is a fully equipped gymnasium which looks out onto a floodlit all-weather tennis court. In addition, there is a half basketball court located at the entrance to Hawksbill Villa. These sports facilities are shared with the villa next door.

There is also a full range of non-motorized watersports available for guest’s complimentary use including paddleboards, kayaks and snorkelling equipment. For boat enthusiasts, there is a private dock on the property which allows you to be picked up directly from the villa and explore the rest of the coastline and the surrounding islands. THE BEACH:
Grace Bay Beach has been consistently awarded the coveted title of the World’s best beach by several reputable sources including the World Travel Awards, Trip Advisor and The Huffington Post and for a good reason. It is simply breathtaking with crystal clear waters and the softest white sands imaginable. There are virtually no rocks or seaweed, and the entire stretch of beach is completely pollution-free. There is a barrier reef located 1.6 kilometres offshore which protects Grace Bay Beach from any sea swells.

From your location at Hawksbill Villa, it is possible to walk the entire length of the beach all the way to Turtle Cove. The total distance is 12 kilometres. If you feel like being active, there are a full range of watersports available in different parts of the beach as well as a selection of non-motorized watersports in Hawksbill.
