Welcome to Seascape, a chic and stylish beachfront villa with 5 bedrooms, with uninterrupted views of the ocean spread out before it.

As with many villas in the vicinity, indoor-outdoor living is implemented into the design, maximizing the amount of luxury living space as much as possible. Seascape is no exception; the already sizeable great room expands out onto the terrace, with a marvellous display of sun, sand and sea framed by beautiful swaying palms – the picture of a paradise vacation. Seascape is fronted with as much glass as possible in order to take advantage of the stellar view of the Caribbean on its very doorstep. A meandering path makes its way through the marram grass, and within moments, Grace Bay is beneath your feet.

The terrace sports a decked terrace at several levels, steps leading further down to the sands. Upon stepping out of the villa, an outdoor dining area, complete with barbeque and outdoor kitchen, is ready and waiting for your al fresco dining experience of choice; formal or casual, both are equally enjoyable when you’re surrounded by as magical a setting as Grace Bay Beach. Step down to the lounge and kick up your feet as the sea breeze drifts over you or take to one of the sun loungers to soak up the sun in style, either on the patio or in the pool. When you’ve absorbed as much sun as you can handle, take the plunge - whether you choose to swim the cool waters of the pool or take to the waves, emerge re-energized and refreshed. The terrace invariably finds itself as the favourite chillout spot for many, so little wonder why they’re reluctant to head inside!

The great room, containing lounge, kitchen and dining areas, ends in great retractable glass doors, from floor to ceiling. Not only does it brighten the room and highlight the stylish décor and chic furnishings, but it also allows the fresh sea air to pass through the villa. The interior design allows the vibrancy of the outside world to fill the room, taking inspiration from it subtly; brilliant white walls are complemented by a range of tonal greys, with hints of blue catching your eyes as you look around.

Wonderfully appointed and indulgent with space, each of the five bedrooms of Seascape is outfitted with its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy and ease, as well as either access to the terrace or onto the balconies above. Luxurious linens dress each of the plush beds; with nothing but the ambience of the waves breaking against the shore, sleeping is as effortless as sinking into the pillow and closing your eyes.

Seascape and its sister villa Seaclusion, can be rented together to make Seaclusion Oasis, a wonderful 14-bedroom property, ideal for large groups of family and friends. This home will be a haven for you and your loved ones in paradise.

LOCATION DETAILS
Villa Seascape’s closeness to the coast lends it instant access to pristine sands and clear blue waters. Grace Bay Beach is regarded quite highly on the list of best beaches in the world every year, and Grace Bay itself is just a few minutes’ drive away from the villa and hosts some of the finest shops and restaurants on offer throughout the Caribbean.

Located just a few moments away from a diver’s paradise, Smith’s Reef, soft silky sands are just moments away on foot. One of the best places on the island for underwater adventures, it is possible to observe the beauty of some of the world’s most amazing coral reefs and the marine life that populates them without heading too far out into the water. Grace Bay, the island capital, is just under 8km away and has some of the best shops and restaurants on offer throughout the Caribbean. Grace Bay Beach is also high on the list of the best beaches in the world. Blue Haven Marina is the place to be for watersports and hosts a wide variety to choose from; guests can charter boats, go scuba diving, fishing and take eco-tours of the barrier reef.

Plenty of restaurants are within a few minutes’ stroll away and are ideal for sampling some amazing cuisine – Turtle Cove Marina hosts many of these restaurants, all within walking distance. Due to the relatively small size of Providenciales, many locations are within reach of the villa in a short space of time; while many amenities are within walking distance, a rental car is recommended to explore the island further.
