The shallow waters are very safe and the beach doesn’t really attract the same sort of busy water sport crowd of, say, Grace Bay. As well, the curved nature of this 300m beach, ensures the waters are even warmer than some of the more expansive beaches around T&C.

Sitting between Turtle Cove and Thompson Cove and bookended by sea cliffs and a channel into Turtle Cove Marina, you won’t get a huge amount of traffic by car or foot on this beach. It’s almost a kilometre in length, with beautiful sandy conditions.
The waters are particularly shallow with sea grasses growing in some areas.
If you are happy to walk along the beach about 500m from the point of entry, you can find some pretty fabulous snorkelling conditions.
Reef Tides
This is one of those traditionally designed beach fronted villa homes that have unimpeded views across the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Reef Tides is a wonderful four bedroomed luxury villa that’s spread across a number of levels.
With Grace Bay to the east and the Blue Mountains to the west, you will enjoy the views from your sweeping terraces around your freshwater pool.
The large, mature and manicured grounds are filled with flowering shrubs and blooms.

Weather
Well, it’s a no-brainer. Weather can make or break any vacation. When you step off your plane into the ambient climate of T&C, you can be pretty much assured of warm and dry conditions.
The prevailing climate of T&C is tropical with temperatures ranging from 25-31 C. This air temperature is matched by the water temperature too, so swimming, snorkelling and generally all-round water activities are such a pleasure.
Getting there
In under 2 hours from Miami by plane, you can touch down on Providenciales. In about 3 and a half hours, you can travel direct from NYC to Turks and Caicos.
