This remarkable property features two homes: Emara East (8 Bedroom villa), previously owned by Prince and Emara West (9 Bedrooms). Both houses
sit on a large peninsula that feels like its own private island.

Emara Estate includes all the amenities you will need for a fantastic vacation as well as superb staff. This includes housekeeping, as well as Exceptional Villas’ concierge service. Butler and Chef services can be organized for you at an additional cost.

If you wish, you will not have to leave the comfort of your luxury home. There are endless ways of entertainment, relaxation, and comfort. These include a fantastic tennis court, which can be converted into a basketball court. There is also an oceanfront yoga platform. The property in itself is beautiful and unique and is unlike any other in Turks and Caicos. This is partly because of the incredible 300-foot drive leading up to the villa which is in fact purple.

Emara East (The Estate previously owned by Prince)

• All with en suite bathrooms and king beds
• 7 of the bedrooms have an ocean view, 1 bedroom has a marina view.

Emara West
• 9 bedrooms total
• 7 bedrooms with a king bed and en suite bathrooms and 2 smaller bedrooms with queen beds.
• 3 of the bedrooms have an ocean view, 4 bedrooms have a marina view, 2 bedrooms do not have a water view.

Renting this property will feel like your very own 8 acre private resort and guarantees a private beach and bay!

STAFF:
• Butlers Guests will have access to up to 3 butlers per day. Our butlers will be working in shifts, so there will be times during the day where it will be 2 butlers vs 3. They will work from breakfast to dinner (until around 9pm after dinner clean up). Guests are of course still welcome to add more staff than what is offered with the rental rate and late-night butler requirements will also be additional.
