This Mediterranean-style Villa, donning its name from the Sicilian town of Palermo, lies on one and a half acres of a beautifully manicured landscape with breath-taking views of Turks & Caicos’ crystal-clear waters. These panoramic views are complimented perfectly by the villa’s exterior and interior design.

Villa Palermo consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Two of which are stunning rooms with King sized beds. These two bedrooms open out onto the pool area and have spectacular ocean views. Another bedroom with a Queen-sized bed also boasts spectacular sea views with exterior access. Finally, the last suite comprising of either Twin beds or a King bed can be made up appropriately, depending on your own personal preference.

The fully equipped kitchen and formal indoor dining space will be perfect for your group to spend a luxury evening in, with delicious food and drink. Otherwise, try out the gas BBQ and enjoy a relaxed evening outdoors on the beautiful, covered terrace, while watching the sun go down from the comfort of the new Restoration Hardware outdoor furniture.

Enjoy an early morning swim in the lap pool which stretches almost the entire length of the house itself while the children enjoy the smaller pool that lies just above. Alternatively, use stairs that lead from your own private terrace down to the ocean and a private dock and dive right into the sea. Don’t forget to make use of the complimentary water sport equipment too! All the group will be able to enjoy lapping and wading the brilliant blue waters in very close proximity to your villa.

Situated in the more secluded southeaster area of Turks and Caicos, on the Turtle Tail peninsula, Villa Palermo offers splendid scenery and quiet surroundings, ensuring guests will be safe and secure in the privacy of the villa – the location is out of the way of regular tourist routes and busy roads. To the south, the seemingly endless expanse of ocean stretches for miles, an uninterrupted panorama. Aside from the comfort of the villa, the stunning sunsets are best enjoyed by accessing one of the many beaches that stretch along Provo’s coast.

Grace Bay, the island capital, is 13km away, has plenty of shops and restaurants populating the town for all things retail therapy, with some of the best establishments on offer throughout the Caribbean. Grace Bay Beach ranks highly on the list of Best Beaches in the World every year. Blue Haven Marina is the place to be for water sports and hosts a wide variety to choose from; guests can charter boats, go scuba diving, fishing and take eco-tours of the barrier reef. Smith’s Reef is a popular spot to go snorkelling and view beautiful reefs reasonably close to shore, and the marine wildlife that populates them.
