• Five nights minimum in high season between Saturday to Saturday.
• The cleaning fee is $300 for stays of one week or less. The villa is cleaned before and after your stay. A light midweek clean is included on any seven-night stay.

• Optional A/C: If you use air-con, meters are read on your arrival and departure. You have a complimentary budget of $300.00.
