Welcome to Villa Sublime, our luxury 3-bedroom villa, perched in the south-coast of Provo, situated in Silly Creek. This island-style, 4,000 square foot Villa, includes a relaxed and indulgent interior of three luxurious bedrooms, each individually fitted with their own private bathroom and an additional guest bathroom.

The villa has its roots on higher grounds allowing for you to have a greater perspective across the lagoon of Silly Creek and the Caicos’ Banks. Open your eyes to a whole new experience, soaking in the vast views of clear crystal waters and unique tropical vegetation. Wake up each morning to explore this enchanting location and end each night with the sky as your canvas as the sun sets upon Turtle Rock.

Situated on the South Shore, your dream villa, Villa Sublime, brings with it an occupancy of six. The oceanside terrace embeds a 32’x21’ private swimming pool with crystal blue waters to plunge into. Your own private pathways will lead you to the water’s edge and your own secluded grottos. Stand for a moment and allow yourself to breath in the fresh air and breathe out as the water laps on the shore at your toes. A hidden alcove allows you to tiptoe down natures staircase to the water’s edge where the land meets with the vast tranquil ocean. This little cave like structure is truly a beautiful landmark to admire.

Beaches like Gray Beach Bay and Taylor Bay surround the local area. The white sands and bold blue waters sets the scene for a day of sun kissed skin and time set aside for you to realign your energy. Near Gray Beach Bay, a 15-minute car drive from Villa Sublime, is a nestle of quaint shops and exquisite restaurants with the finest foods and delights to be discovered in downtown Providenciales. There are also many resorts located here, as well as the Providenciales International Airport. Simply a ten-minute drive from your doorstep.

Villa Sublime occupies 1.5 acres of the oceanfront property, giving you the space to sink into this blissful time in total privacy and tranquility. The sophisticated interior includes three bedrooms, with the option of a fourth, each with an en-suite. Each individual bedroom has its own air conditioning, soft linen sheets, ceiling fans, a high-resolution Television and a DVD player. The master bedroom is truly a luxury in itself. The king-sized bed is the epitome of comfort and has large open windows surrounding the room flooding the space with light as it bounces off the pristine white walls. Your en-suite which has a separate shower and bath adds to the experience and the bath looks out onto the calm waters that surrounds you.

The other two spacious bedrooms holds queen sized beds, both made with beautifully soft linen. One of these magnificent bedrooms has an en-suite attached and the other with an adjacent bathroom just a couple of tiptoes away. If you wish to have the additional fourth bedroom, you can make use of the Den. This is a convertible study which includes two full size twin sleepers. There is also an additional guest bathroom in the villa allowing for everyone to have their own personal space.

The kitchen opens out into a very contemporary style in its European design and layout. It also embraces a living space mixed with traditional Caribbean pieces to enhance your stay. The clean white cabinets and smooth marbleized stone counter tops adds to the ambiance. Artwork is woven throughout the house, hung up on the walls too add even more delights for the eyes to see.

The kitchen also opens into the Dining area, which embraces elegance in every corner with its wrought-iron and clear-cut glass table. Enjoy a homecooked evening meal if you wish, as the kitchen comes fully equipped and ready to be utilized at your fingertips. If you wish to dine outside, then what better way to embrace the outdoors then to enjoy your food in the covered dining area. You could even bring out the Barbeque and start off your escape with a sizzling meal overlooking this breathtaking location.

The open design living area is bursting with light with its clean white walls. The sofas are designed with a slipcover and the armchairs are designed with wicker. A feeling of pure bliss can be found in this cool tropical room while you walk along the Persian-style rug and enjoy the detail of the vintage armoire in front of you. The columns and continuation of the styled wrought-iron enhances the room and makes the it burst with character. The large double doors lead you out onto the terrace where the pool lays peacefully in front of you and looking out beyond that, the endless blue ocean.

Location

Villa Sublime is situated at the entrance to Silly Creek. This luxurious Villa is nestled in a very tranquil and quiet area. One that is very safe and secure as the villa also supplies its own security. Silly Creek is an extravagant residential and vacation Villa peninsula embedded in the heart of the area of Providenciales. There are bountiful opportunities to explore and discover the jewels of the Turks and Caicos’ Islands right here. Villa sublime is balanced harmoniously between the Lagoon of Silly creek and the Caicos’ Banks. It feels as if it exists on a Peninsula all in itself.

As a result of the hidden and enchanted location, the surrounding terrain is strikingly scenic. The turquoise backdrop full of the bold blue colors, compliments the green plants that blossom into bursts of color around you. Along the coastline of this location is a basis of limestone and Ironshore.

The Villa can be easily accessed, with available transport nearby. Car hire is recommended as a main transport from the airport and to utilize during your stay. The large white sandy beaches, such as Gray Beach Bay and Taylor Bay, are a short 15-20 minutes’ drive. The local town of Downtown Providenciales is also a stone’s throw from such beaches. However, there are smaller beaches that are only 3 minutes away, if you desire a more tranquil location. The Providenciales international airport is 10-minutes journey by car.
