The Emerald Cay is a tropical hideaway that combines pristine natural beauty with state-of-the-art technology. The property is located on a 2+ acre private man-made island in the exclusive and scenic Silly Creek, Chalk Sound region of Providenciales.

Accessed by a one-of-a-kind remote-controlled swing bridge and a Turkish marble driveway, the estate is surrounded by clear turquoise water with breathtaking views of the Caicos Banks, the Chalk Sound National Park, and the rugged coast of the Frenchman’s Creek Nature reserve. This makes this property incredibly unique in contrast to the rest of the island’s villas.

This beautiful estate, with its magnificent features, was designed with incredible attention to detail. Every area of the property has been seen as is more luxurious than you could possibly imagine. The mansion includes a detached two-level master bedroom, three guest suites, a two-bedroom boathouse and a two-bedroom guest house. The Master bedroom in Emerald Cay is a two-level space with unmatched views. This space also offers a large bath with both indoor and outdoor showers, a walk-in closet, and an upstairs workspace. The indoor and outdoor sittings areas in this bedroom allow for additional spaces boasting privacy and comfort.

The boathouse is a private two-bedroom guest house with a balcony, kitchen and living area.

The guest villa at Emerald Cay is a stand-alone home, boasting privacy from the main house. This space is perfect for a couple of friends who are looking for their own space while also being able to spend time with their own family in the main villa. This home offers two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. From the private balcony and sitting areas, you can enjoy the beautiful views of Chalk Sound and Silly Creek.

The three-story library known as a “million-dollar room” built with mahogany panelling and a hardwood helical staircase offers a one-of-a-kind private workspace and sitting area. The third-floor cocktail lounge and sitting area provide amazing views of Chalk Sound and Silly Creek.
