Villa Sunset Close is a 4 bedroom villa, located in the upscale, gated community of Silly Creeks Estates. This safe and secured area is in a quiet and tranquil corner of Providenciales. With its own private lagoon-style beach, infinity pool and a fully equipped home, from the Nespresso machine to shower Bluetooth speakers, it is the perfect remedy for your luxury and secluded Caribbean getaway.

This Villa consists of four quiet bedrooms, all with stunning sea views, air-conditioning, smart TVs and en-suite bathrooms. There are two master suites, one upstairs and one on ground level. Each master suite boasts deluxe king-sized four-poster beds. Sliding glass doors open onto both the upstairs and ground floor terraces, overlooking Silly Creek, allowing you to wake up each morning to be greeted by glorious sunshine, clear cloudless skies and brilliant blue water. The third bedroom also has a king-sized bed and access onto the same upstairs, fully furnished patio. The final bedroom has two extra-long twin beds that can be converted to a comfortable king bed if necessary.

The fully equipped kitchen and four-person breakfast bar will invite you to start your day off with the most important meal of the day, in the most luxurious way. Create a breakfast spread worth insta-gramming with the various amenities such as the Nespresso machine, juicer, blender and waffle iron. Play your own favourite music throughout the house via the indoor and outdoor Bluetooth speakers, enjoy the spectacular views and your delicious breakfast.

Staying indoors in your villa will be more than tempting. Curl up with a good book or take a nap in any of the comfortable seating areas, stay cool in the air-conditioned theatre room with a 60” smart TV (with Netflix), Nintendo Wii console and extensive choice of great movies.

However, it will not only be the sparkling sea views that will bring you from the inside out. This villa’s private terrace has 1,300 square feet of covered patio including a picture-perfect outdoor dining space for all of your alfresco meals. Venture further again from the indoors and by casting out in the complimentary kayak or paddleboard directly from your own private beach just a few steps from the villa.

After a day of exploring and adventuring, the fire pit will be the perfect setting to wind down while watching the island sunset light up the sky. As darkness descends, slide into the luxurious hot tub and marvel at the star-filled night sky.

Location
Sunset Close Villa is situated in the gated community of Silly Creek. This luxurious villa is nestled in a very tranquil and quiet area. One that is very safe and secure as the villa also supplies its own security. Silly Creek is an extravagant residential and vacation Villa peninsula embedded in the heart of the area of Providenciales. There are bountiful opportunities to explore and discover the jewels of the Turks and Caicos’ Islands right here.

As a result of the hidden and enchanted location, the surrounding terrain is strikingly scenic. The turquoise backdrop full of bold blue colours compliments the green plants that blossom into bursts of colour around you. Along the coastline of this location is a basis of limestone and Ironshore.

The Villa can be easily accessed, with available transport nearby. Car hire is recommended as a main form of transport from the airport and throughout your stay. The large white sandy beaches, Grace Bay Beach and Taylor Bay are just minutes from your luxurious home. The local town of Downtown Providenciales is also a stone’s throw from such beaches. However, there are smaller beaches that are only 3 minutes away, if you desire a more tranquil location. The Providenciales international airport is a 10-minutes journey by car.
