The generously sized freshwater pool, accompanied by a spacious deck and cabana, is a haven for sun-seekers. The pool deck is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable lounging areas, sunbeds, and a shade umbrella. For a daily surcharge of just US$50, you can even enjoy the optional pool heat, thanks to our recently installed heat pump.

The expansive great room, designed with an open-concept layout, effortlessly connects the spacious living and dining areas with the well-appointed kitchen. Glass doors create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living, allowing you to open the great room to the full-width screened veranda on days when you prefer the natural breeze over air conditioning.

S’Kai Blue offers three bedroom suites on the upper floor and a primary suite on the lower level. For your convenience, there are two laundry closets, one on each floor, each equipped with stacked washer and dryer units.

Primary Suite: Lower level, king bed, walk-out access to screened porch, ensuite bath with double vanity, and a large walk-in shower with dual showerheads.

Middle Suite: Upper-level, full bed + trundle day bed (2 twins), vaulted ceilings, waterfront views, ensuite bath with double vanity, and a walk-in shower.
East Suite: Upper-level, queen + twin bed, waterfront views, vaulted ceilings, ensuite bath, shower/tub combination.
For larger groups, this 4-bedroom home can be rented alongside the adjacent 3-bedroom Peace & Kai It, separated by just one lot. This option is known as S'Kai Villas, offering the perfect setup for those who wish to stay close to each other while enjoying separate accommodations.

The Cayman Kai cove is renowned for its Bioluminescent Bay, a natural wonder waiting to be explored. Launch kayaks from the villa's private beachfront on moonless nights to witness the mesmerizing glowing waters.

While the cove's soft bottom may not be suitable for swimming, the best swimming and snorkeling experiences await just a 5-minute walk north at the Rum Point Club. This waterfront haven offers an array of water sports activities, from jet ski rentals to guided dives, in addition to a restaurant, beach bar & grill, and a gift shop.

S'Kai Blue is also conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to Kaibo Marina's coffee shop, restaurants, and ferry service to Camana Bay.

Beach Notes
The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.
The cove-front homes in Cayman Kai offer calm, serene waters for docking a rental boat, permitting charter captain pick-up, or just safe shallow water for little children to wade in. The water is shallow, has a soft bottom, and there is no reef here for marine life, however, we do see the occasional turtle, eagle ray or tarpon swim by!
The beaches are flat white barefoot sand. There is usually little breeze here to speak of. Many homes in Cayman Kai offer a screened porch. The big draw to this area is the proximity to the Rum Point Club, a public beach club within a short walk that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, water sports options, a restaurant and bar, a gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball games. Also nearby is The Kaibo, a beachfront restaurant, bar, and marina.
The Cayman Ferries also depart the Kaibo for Camana Bay and 7 Mile Beach.
About 20 minutes east there are 2 large resorts (Morritt's and The Reef) that offer manicured beaches, plus restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store, gift shops, a Subway sandwich shop, and a cafe/pastry shop. These two resorts also offer scuba, snorkel trips, jet ski rentals, windsurfing, kiteboarding, ocean front pools and bar service.
