Welcome to Serenzia, a stunning Italian farmhouse overlooking the green hills of Tuscany.

This spacious property is the idyllic destination for a large group or a couple of families who want to vacation together in rural splendor. Up to 20 guests can relax, play, and entertain in this romantic rustic property. There's room to breathe in the fresh, clean air. Languid days by the pool or lounging in the gardens are beautifully balanced with fabulous feasts enjoyed beneath a canopy of stars.

Serenzia has been thoughtfully restored to retain the traditional features of the original farmhouse. The natural stone façade and tiled roof create the perfect example of traditional Tuscan living. The elegant house built over two stories is divided into four individual units, all of which are under the same roof. This configuration can work very well for multigenerational vacationers or a few families who want to enjoy the experience of a shared vacation but with a sense of self-containment.

The Villa has ten beautiful bedrooms and seven bathrooms, ensuring space and privacy for guests. The property has modern amenities like air-conditioned bedrooms and WiFi, necessary 21st-century requirements, yet the essence of this beautiful Villa is uncompromised. From the moment you arrive at the Estate, you will fall in love with the grandeur of the property, which is very much at peace in its picturesque and stunning setting. Serenity or Serenzia is always on the menu in this tranquil corner of Italy.

Serenzia has an old-world ambiance characterized by the traditional terracotta floors, the softly color-washed walls, and the original timber and plaster features. These elements are beautifully complemented by high-end fabrics, beautiful lighting, art, and furnishings that bring each space to life.

This exquisite Villa has an eclectic collection of antiques and carefully chosen furniture that breathes a new sense of vibrancy into each room. The gorgeous views from the Villa are filled with the lush green of the Tuscan hills and the deep blue horizon.

Each of the four self-contained spaces features a private sitting/dining room with a fireplace. There's a modern and compact kitchen in each unit, ideal for the individual groups to cater separately. There is one very large kitchen, perfect for grand-scale catering. The large rustic stone barn provides a large communal space for the whole group to gather for an epic dinner. The overall ambiance is one of traditional Tuscan charm.

Serenzia has a large private pool complete with a convenient side ladder. This outdoor pool is surrounded by a terrace furnished with sun loungers. There is a wide lawn area surrounding the pool and terrace, a perfect place for young children to run and play.

The amazing views enhance leisurely days around the pool or the gardens. Neatly laid out vineyards, olive groves, and the wonderful cypress trees always associated with this landscape are spread like a magnificent tapestry around Serenzia. By day, this ever-changing landscape is a magical combination of muted dawns, shimmering afternoons, and whimsical dusks. At night, the terrain transforms into a carpet of twinkling lights as each distant homestead and small hamlet illuminates. It's breathtaking.

The exterior spaces of Serenzia are designed to suit the needs of guests. The sun terrace is the place for those who like to add to their freckle collections. There are quiet and shaded spaces beneath trees for guests who like a cooler setting.

There's a wonderfully furnished loggia/veranda set up with comfortable sofas and chairs, where a convivial gathering is a pre-requisite each day. This beautiful community has all the amenities like restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops where you can enjoy being part of the local scene. Other unforgettable destinations for you to visit are Montalcino, best known for the delicious Brunello red wine, and the heavenly town of Pienza. Another Tuscan treasure is the walled hilltop medieval town of Montepulciano, as well as the thermal villages of San Casciano dei Bagni and Bagno Vignoni. There's so much to see and do.

Both destinations are packed full of historic treasures. Ancient monuments, art, sculpture, and a colorful past. But the biggest difference is in the culture of these two Italian strongholds.

Florence is a part of the go-getter northern mentality, and Rome has a more laid-back attitude. The cuisine in both regions is very different, and although you will find similar ingredients, the end product can be very different, though equally delicious.

There is a wonderful train service from Chiusi-Chianciano train station, and you will be impressed by the efficiency of the Trenitalia service. It's also one of the most relaxed ways to cover any distance, sitting back and enjoying the changing landscapes.
