Welcome to Sandy Estate, a spectacular dual-villa serviced estate in the Turtle Tail area south of Providenciales.

This unique destination offers 16 guests a fabulous opportunity to vacation in two adjacent four-bedroom villas, with access to two pools, professional staff, and a gorgeous beachfront location.

Beautiful Sandy Shore and Sandy Bottom are elegant, air-conditioned Villas that command an enviable position within a private, gated estate with unimpeded sea views. The Villas offer a different vacation vibe. Sandy Bottom is a multi-level property with a dramatic architectural style. The open-plan vaulted ceilings of the living, indoor dining, and kitchen areas blend seamlessly with the pool terrace. Soft grey tones and taupes define the luxurious furnishings and don't detract from the brilliant blue of the sea and sky.

The master bedroom is on the upper level with incredible views. The other three bedrooms, designed in a cascade effect with terrace access, are deeply comfortable. Each bedroom has a lovely ensuite bathroom and ample space to relax and unwind.

Gorgeous Sandy Shore enjoys the same open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space in a single-level setting. The glorious soft-white interiors create a light, airy space that links beautifully with the pool terrace.

Both Villas have outdoor summer kitchens with barbecues, ideal for some barefoot cooking and dining. There are lovely shaded outdoor dining spaces where guests can gather for fun lunches or dinners.

Probably the best feature of Sandy Estate is the sea. Short, paved paths allow guests to visit the sandy shores and slip into the tropical waters. This bay is shaded, so there are no high winds, and the waters rarely go above five feet in depth. Onsite kayaks and paddleboards allow active guests to explore the cute cays offshore.

This sweep of beach in front of Sandy Estate may not be exclusively private, but there are very few visitors to this shoreline. The gorgeous loungers and relaxed seating at the beach are the places to gather each evening for cocktails or beers, enjoy the last swim of the day, or just listen to the whisper of the sea. Bliss!

NOTE:
• By combining the two homes, guests save 10% on the combined rental total and enjoy some added amenities not previously offered, such as a 2-vehicle complimentary transfer to the property on arrival day.
• Below, note the posted rates for Sandy Estate for the remaining 2023 season through 2025. Availability is subject to both Sandy Bottom and Sandy Shore being available.
• A $1,000 security deposit hold is placed on the guest's credit card at check-in for damage and incidentals. This hold is released at checkout once any deductions, if necessary, are done.
• Our management team can do food & beverage purchasing for in-house guests (there is a 15% markup on all purchases made by the house staff and management on behalf of the guest). Receipts are kept and presented in folio format the night before checkout for e-signature. Once e-signed, a payment link is sent to guests to make payment by credit card of choice.
• Rates are subject to a 12% Government Tax and a 10% Service Charge.
