Reef Beach House is a 4-bedroom Villa, located along the northern coast of the Caribbean Island Turks and Caicos. The villa is based in the safest parts of the island in Providenciales. It is perched on the beachfront of the world-famous Grace Bay Beach, offering secluded, private access to its powdery white sands. The Villa is based in Provo’s exclusive residential area of Turtle Cove, providing security and privacy from all sides. This tranquil, and peaceful villa provides you with all you could possibly need, however, if you wish to venture around the island then Reef Beach House is ideally located to many attractions such as Turtle Cove Marina. The marina provides a plethora of exciting watersport activities including deep-sea fishing, reef fishing, sailing charters, scuba diving, snorkeling, glass bottom boats, and parasailing. The water is crystal clear and mild.

Reef Beach House incorporates a charming island-style interior and exterior, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Its traditional Caribbean architecture features beamed high-rise ceilings, tiled floors and native stone that complement tasteful. Tall louvered windows flood the living space with light and allow the Caribbean breeze to float through the villa. The views of the azure ocean are held at central focus throughout the property. The main living area is an open plan room that blends the living, dining and kitchen area into one space. The room has access out onto the terrace. The room includes plush sofas and seating for three along the breakfast bar and four on the dining table. The kitchen comes fully equipped for you to use during your stay.
Reef Beach House has a total of four lavish bedrooms, two in the main villa with another two located in the guest house. The master suite and Queen bedroom are in the main villa, and both include private en-suite bathrooms. The master suite offers you a luxurious king-sized bed with views of the pecan and access to the beach. It includes a bathtub and is supplied with fresh towels. The room includes closet space, a ceiling fan, and a lounge area.
The queen-sized bedroom enjoys access to a private oceanfront balcony. The room includes a ceiling fan, and TV, while the en-suite includes a large shower. The guesthouse offers two additional guest bedrooms. The rooms offer a king and queen-sized beds, and both share access to a bathroom.

Grace Bay Beach indulges in powdery sugar fine white sand over three miles in length. The waters are shallow and crystal clear, enjoy the endless shades of turquoise against the tropical green coastline. The villa offers its own private beachfront setting. Other famous beaches that nearby include Long Bay, and Taylor Bay beach. The sugar fine sandy shores and well-preserved waters offer incredible reefs and tropical creatures. The villa is also based near the islands best snorkeling area, Smiths Reef.
Dive in to experience an endless color pallet of tropical fish, with snorkeling for all levels of experience to a beginner. The sea life includes both larger creatures and quainter ones also. The larger creatures include green turtles, hawksbill turtles, southern brown stingrays, and majestic spotted eagle rays. There are so many colorful small and unique fish to see at Smith's Reef, including stoplight parrotfish, queen angelfish, French angelfish, butterfly fish, porcupinefish, trumpetfish, yellowtail snapper, squirrelfish, damselfish, rock hinds, French grunts, filefish, bluehead wrasse, indigo hamlets, horse-eye jacks, barracudas, and many more.

The Governmental tax of 12% of the total amount is applicable to villa rates as well as any goods and services provided to guests during their stay, including and not limited to, if applicable, the fee for additional air conditioning usage, pool heating, butler service, cleaning service, and any other additional service or goods contracted in favor of the guest.
