The Villa enjoys a total area of more than 350 sqm spread over three levels and connected by an elegant white wooden staircase. - Morning housekeeping for 5 hours per day ( 7:30/8:00 am to 1:00/2:00 pm)

- Porterage service is available on arrival and departure

Services On Request:
- Extra housekeeping service: €20 per hour
- Personal laundry service: €25 per hour
- Cook service – No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff

- Car parking for 1 car available: €220 per week

Good to know
- Security deposit: €2,000 to be held at the agency
- Visitor’s tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
- Check-in: between 4:00 pm and 6:30 pm; Check-out by 10:00 am
- All the extra services must be paid locally, prior to departure unless otherwise arranged
