Welcome to Villa Diana, a stunning 6-bedroom villa beautifully located overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Its location in the small village of Praiano and the proximity to towns such as Positano, Ravello, Amalfi, and Sorrento make it the perfect place for those looking to explore the stunning and unique Amalfi coast. This elegant villa is set on 3 levels and features stunning views, several sprawling terraces, a luxurious garden and a beautiful sea-water swimming pool. It is one of the few large properties in the area perfect for large groups.

As you enter Villa Diana you are met with an open spacious living room and reading room which has been meticulously furnished with antique light fixtures, rich artwork, sterling silver pieces, and an old-style working fireplace. This is all complemented by a three-piece suite of inviting white sofas and armchairs. If any guests fancy a tinkle on the ivories, there is a grand piano awaiting them in the corner.

The sun-drenched villa boasts classic Italian and Amalfi styles and designs. The striking white stucco structure adds to the wonderful character of the property.

Enjoy spectacular sea views from the villa’s several sprawling terraces, dine alfresco on the patio while admiring amazing incredible sunsets, or swim in your own private over-sized heated sea-water swimming pool. The villa is also an ideal place to host weddings and special celebrations.

This Italian villa rental can cater for up to 12 guests, so the dining room has plenty of seating and the kitchen has a fully equipped kitchen and is ready for you to try your hand at making some delicious and traditional Italian food. Each of these rooms features high-domed ceilings, terracotta floors, white-washed walls, and direct outdoor access. If you do not wish to cook while on vacation, we can organize to have a chef come to your villa and give a real Italian cooking demonstration/classes which are very interesting and great fun.

This villa boasts 6 well-appointed queen size bedrooms, these all come with en-suite bathrooms with shower and direct access to the furnished garden. Two of the bedrooms can be converted into twin bedrooms, on request.

Your private swimming pool is on the lower level down from the ground floor. It is surrounded by a sun-drenched area furnished with comfortable chaise lounges, umbrellas, and tables. The pool area is also provided with a small bathroom with an outdoor shower and a changing hut.

Villa Diana is a wonderful venue for family and friends, with a variety of outdoor/indoor areas for relaxation. The villa is set 65 steps down from the main road and then just 24 steps down from the main entrance gate to the large terrace. Parking space for two cars is included in a private garage situated 500 meters from the property.

The outdoor spaces in this villa are something to give a special mention to. A generous terrace with outdoor living areas overlooks the Amalfi coast and the shimmering open sea. The terrace features built-in stone benches, several gathering places with armchairs and coffee tables, a wood-burning pizza oven, and a barbecue. The villa’s lush garden includes a small lemon orchard that permeates the air with an energizing citrus scent.

The oversize free-form swimming pool, with ladder access, is 20 steps down from the ground floor. The villa is surrounded by a sun-drenched area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, and tables. The pool area is also provided with a small bathroom with an outdoor shower and a changing hut. This villa has all the amenities and features you will need for a perfect Italian getaway.
