This beautiful home, boasting some of the most spectacular views, will be a base for you and your guests from which you can explore all that the Amalfi Coast has to offer. You will be completely spoilt for choice, from wonderful beaches to incredible restaurants.

Nuea has been beautifully designed and boasts a contemporary yet comfortable feel. Providing a peaceful atmosphere, this home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and sea breeze. The colorful interiors evoke the outside landscape: warm sun, shimmering water, and beautiful blue skies.

On the ground floor, the bright and open living room, with a very comfortable sitting and dining area, is welcoming. It faces the great covered oceanfront patio, graced with great views, where you and your party will every night gather for sunset. The fully equipped kitchen will inspire the chef in you to serve market-fresh dishes. A guest bathroom is also on this floor.

The 4,000 sqft of manicured garden is a relaxing escape. The outdoor space is appointed with beautiful and comfortable furniture. Here you and your guests can gather to spend time together.

The covered patio on the ground floor is the stage for dining alfresco, while a pergola shades a wellness area equipped with a treadmill, some free weights, and a stationary bike. If you wish to stay active while on vacation, this is the ideal place to do so. You can also take advantage of the fantastic landscape and enjoy some of the hikes this area offers.

The peaceful sunny deck in the garden near the private soaking pool is the ideal place for self-care while meditating, or instead, if you prefer, for indulging with your favorite summer cocktail.

The quiet fishing village of Praiano is nestled on the cliffs between Amalfi and Positano. Off the well-beaten path of the Amalfi Coast, this village is filled with authentic Italian appeal and local flavor.

Descending seventy-eight roman steps from the main street, set in a pedestrian area, you find your private retreat in the glam luxury Villa Nuea and one of the best views of the Amalfi Coast. All that is left for you to do is sit back, relax and soak in the warm Mediterranean sun.

Nuea is perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation, surrounded by magnificent views. Positano is seven kilometers away and Amalfi only ten, so you have plenty to experience outside the villa, but you will always be happy to return to your dreamy sanctuary. Private parking, 400 meters from the villa, is available for a daily fee.

LOCATION:
A winding scenic drive along the coastal road, known for its hairpin bends and spectacular views, takes visitors to Positano, Praiano, Amalfi, and the spellbinding uphill town of Ravello, with its incomparable belvedere. Any of these popular resort towns along the coast are good bases for exploring the surrounding areas. Buses and ferries run frequently and are the most convenient way to reach other towns while avoiding what could be a challenging drive in the bustling summer traffic.

Other excursion possibilities include a boat trip to the islands of Capri and Ischia, a visit to the vibrant cities of Napoli, Salerno, or the gracious Sorrento, or an exploration of Pompeii and Herculaneum - the fascinating ruins of ancient cities destroyed by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in the 1st century A.D.

The Amalfi Coast offers an abundance of cafes, shops, art galleries, and restaurants on its vertical terrain. Most beaches are small pebble inlets of land thus, the best way to enjoy the sand and the turquoise water is to tour the area by boat (ask our concierge about it) and let a local expert captain take you to his favorite spots or suggest the best seaside restaurants.
