Welcome to our 1 Bedroom Nutmeg cottage situated on Grace Bay. This cozy cottage features a large en-suite bedroom with double vanity sinks in the bathroom and a large flat-screen TV in the Bedroom- it is the perfect romantic getaway.

Nutmeg Cottage has its own private driveway with beautiful plants and flowers located all around the cottage. When you walk into the Villa you will instantly feel as if you are at home as it has such a cozy feel about it. Directly to the right when you walk in, there is a closed-off laundry room with a washer and dryer. You then walk into the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living area is directly opposite the kitchen and features a most comfortable couch, coffee table, and flat-screen TV, should you choose to take a break from the sunbathing! The bedroom is to the right of the living area and boasts a large king-sized bed and another flat-screen TV. It also has a safe to keep your belongings in. The bathroom features granite countertops with his and hers sinks, modern fixtures, and a large shower stall.

Both the living room and bedroom doors open out to your own private patio featuring a freshwater pool, BBQ Grill, and sun loungers. To the right of the patio are stairs leading up to a private Gazebo with a table and chairs for you to take in the panoramic ocean views from, also perfect for enjoying a cocktail or two with your partner. If you want a change of scenery from lounging on the sun chairs, there is a hammock to the left of the patio with a thatched roof, perfect for taking an afternoon nap!

There is a sandy walkway leading you from the cottage right down to the beach where you can enjoy the soft sand under your feet and a swim in the pristine water of Grace Bay and Smith’s Reef- known for the best snorkeling on the Island.

Note: AC is metered in order to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given the first $150 per week of AC cost at no charge, beyond that you will be charged actual costs.
