This breathtaking ultra-modern villa is located near the beach, in an area of lush tropical gardens and is bursting with sweet-smelling scents and tall swaying palm trees. The glistening Caribbean waters lay peacefully in the distance and the overall ambience created by this villa is both elegant and chic. The Villa can accommodate up to six guests and is the perfect place to experience a tropical holiday surrounded by the sounds of the ocean.

Cap Estate was once a thriving 1500-acre sugar plantation covering the entire northern tip of St Lucia. Nowadays it is the island's most exclusive area to stay in. The views overlooking the incredible Heritage site of the Pitons, the beautiful marina at Rodney Bay, the Caribbean Sea and Pigeon Island will captivate you into a state of pure tranquillity. You can sit out on the sun loungers and enjoy the views in your own space. Here you can read a book or sip on your favourite refreshing drink as you soak in this incredible area. Watch as the sun plunges behind the horizon and enjoy an evening meal from the barbeque outdoors under the stars as the breezes skim gently across your skin.

As you walk around the outdoor living space your eyes will fall upon the glistening views of the alluring pool and beyond that, the alluring ocean. The beauty of the hills and lush valley creates a secluded ambience. Walk out to the pool and enjoy these views on the large deck. The terrace pans out over a large space and embeds this crystal-clear swimming pool. It is the perfect place to slip into the cool waters for a refreshing morning swim and then warm up under the sun as you relax on the outdoor sunbeds. Take a shower in the outdoor alfresco shower to start living this tropical lifestyle. There is a spacious outdoor seating area with comfortable bold blue seats for you to overlook this haven. You could simply listen to surround sounds if you wish and watch the boats sailing down to Rodney Bay or Marigot Bay. The large open windows and doors the villa has, combined with the use of new solar panels for hot water, make La Mer very environmentally friendly.

La Mer is fitted with modern materials designed for an authentic sense of Caribbean living. As soon as you walk through the handcrafted front door you will see how luxurious and carefully crafted this villa is. The unique architectural tiered layout and indulgent interior design are perfect for you to enjoy the serene villa. Making your way inside the terrace leads you into the living area fitted with comfortable plush sofas and a high-resolution television. The area is fitted with high-rise ceilings and blended with the dining and kitchen area, on a tiered design. Making your way up the first tier, you will find the dining area with opens onto the balcony, with outdoor seating. This dining area can seat up to six guests. The kitchen is very modern and sleek in its layout. The smooth marble countertops are very elegant, and the area comes fully equipped and ready for you to use. Some of the appliances include a blender, fridge/freezer, microwave, Stove/Oven and a coffee maker.

The main house has two luxurious bedrooms, both fitted with private en-suite bathrooms. The Master Suite has a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom can convert from two twins to one king bed. The third bedroom is detached, it’s called Coconut Cottage and is a few yards away from the main house. It has a king-sized bed and its own bathroom where you can take in the outside scene while you have a relaxing shower. All the bedrooms come with Air conditioning and have access to their own private deck.

LOCATION
This Villa is nestled into the side of a gently sloping hill and looks out over the Caribbean Sea and over towards Pigeon Island, Rodney Bay, and the majestic Pitons. Saddleback sits in the exclusive Cap Estate sitting on a ridge above the stunning coast of St Lucia. This location is perfect being situated close to vibrant towns and cities.

The Hewanorra International Airport in St Lucia has located 70 km from Cap Estate which equates to an hour and forty-minute drive.

La Mer is located near the sugar-fine sandy beach, Cariblue, on the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the sugar-fine sandy beach and sunbathe under the suns warmth as the turquoise waters glisten and wait for you to take a refreshing swim. There are also another two beautiful beaches both a short five minutes drive away. Cas-en-Bas is on the Atlantic side and offers kite-surfing and leisurely horse riding along the shoreline. Smugglers Cove is based along the Caribbean side and offers a more romantic and secluded setting.

A short five-minute drive and you will find the bustling tourist area of Rodney Bay. Here guests can indulge in the many restaurants, hotels and night spots. Here you will also find duty free shopping – Nine West, Hugo Boss and Mac, a Casino, Marina and Coffee culture, Local Fishing boats. St Lucia’s only Championship golf course is a mere three-minute drive from your doorstep. It is a great challenge with fantastic views.

There are many fine dining options that are at your fingertips, ranging from high-end restaurants to inexpensive local cafes and quaint establishments. There is an incredible option to combine an exotic boat trip if you are staying in the north of St Lucia. This trip takes you from one end of the island to the other. You can spend time diving and snorkelling, and the boat will stop for lunch at one of the restaurants on the way. You can choose from many different types of restaurants. Most of the restaurants are in and around Rodney Bay.

In Rodney Bay, you can choose from International, Italian, Chinese, Indian restaurants. There is also a French Restaurant, a steak restaurant, and several seafood restaurants. If you prefer a beach setting for dinner, then Spinnakers is the best beach restaurant. You can sit and watch the sunset and relax while you enjoy your drinks. Most of the restaurants have a bar area where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a local beer or try out one of the many cocktails.
