Villa Akasha follows a contemporary, Miami-style villa, and can accommodate up to twelve guests over its six luxurious bedrooms. Cap Estate was once a thriving 1500-acre sugar plantation covering the entire northern tip of St Lucia. Nowadays it is the island's most exclusive area to stay in. The views overlooking the incredible Heritage site of the Pitons, the beautiful marina at Rodney Bay, the Caribbean Sea, and Pigeon Island will captivate you into a state of pure tranquillity. You can sit out on the sun loungers and enjoy the views in your own space. Here you can read a book or sip on your favorite refreshing drink as you soak in this incredible area. You could even take a wander up to the top level as it has the perfect angle for you to watch as the sun plunges behind the horizon and the town lights up with life. Outside on your private terrace, you can enjoy the 4000 sq. ft of living space. The private infinity pool is embedded in the large private terrace. The pool includes a swim-up seating bar under its clear waters and here you can enjoy the views of the tropical landscape that surrounds you full of color and warmth as well as the glistening waters the Caribbean Sea holds. The crisp crystallized waters are perfect for a morning swim or a refreshing dip after a day soaking in the sun's warmth. The terrace pans out onto a private wooden paneled balcony, a perfect spot to look across this enchanted and vibrant land. There is a spacious outdoor seating area with comfortable bold blue seats for you to overlook this haven. You could simply listen to surround sounds if you wish and watch the boats sailing down to Rodney Bay or Marigot Bay.

Delving into the details of your private villa, the interiors bring with it a sense of sophistication. Each detail has been taken into consideration and every amenity has been covered for you to enjoy this villa to the fullest capacity. The villa features huge floor-to-ceiling 10-foot high glass panoramic doors that fold right back to take full advantage of the spectacular views. These windows blur the lines between the indoors and outdoors as both blend together naturally as the breezes float in through the villa and the sense sounds of the distant waves whisper through the rooms. This space combines the living and dining area directly to the terrace, infinity pool, and outdoor seating area with the outdoor barbeque. The living room has a 50” high-resolution plasma screen television as well as a private bar and Yamaha Grand Piano which are located on the Mezzanine floor. The space is pristine and glistens with light and lavish décor. Walking around your fully equipped Italian Scavolini kitchen area, this space is perfect for you to try out a few new meals or maybe make an old-time favorite of yours. The kitchen is very modern and fitted with all the necessary amenities including two ovens, a microwave, a large fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. In the separate island unit, you will also discover an ice maker, wine cooler, an additional sink, and seating for six more guests if needed. The villa also includes a laundry room. This space is fitted with an additional fridge and freezer for storing any extra item you may have.

The villa is fitted with the latest Lutron lighting system and a state-of-the-art surround sound system throughout the house. This allows you to listen to your favorite music wherever you are relaxing. Each high-resolution television in the property has direct access to the library of movies on demand. The Master suite is located on the third floor of the villa. It is fitted with a Super King-sized bed which encompasses the captivating views over Pigeon Island. The private en-suite includes a double hot tub with fitted Ten Body massage back jets for each bather and six Flex jet™ whirlpool jets to stimulate a professional massage. There is a mood lighting system installed here to enhance your bathing experience and set an appropriate ambiance for you to enjoy. The bedroom includes direct and easy access to your own private.

The villa includes four more queen-sized bedrooms that indulge in the finest of luxuries. Each bedroom has a fitted private en-suite bathroom attached. The bedrooms include high-resolution televisions and access to Akasha’s entertainment system. Simply relax in bed or sing in the shower as you listen to your favorite music streamed from your iPod, or use the extensive music collection, or internet radio that this villa has specially installed. These bedrooms are finished with details such as stunning panoramic views, individual air-conditioning controls, ceiling fans, and dressing areas. The remaining bedroom includes a set of twin beds; however, these beds can easily be converted into king-sized beds if desired.

Villa Akasha features a stunning home theatre with a 110" screen for watching high-definition Blu-Ray DVDs. The home cinema can accommodate up to nine people in one screening. The refined sound quality is created using a mix of Meridian and Linn speakers controlled by Crestron. The room was constructed using ‘floating’ room techniques found in world-famous concert halls. In addition, there is a games room that offers the opportunity to play some pool, a fun game of poker or casual table tennis.

AMENITIES WHICH MAY BE ARRANGED AT EXTRA COST
Twenty-minute transfer time is offered from the George F.L. Charles Airport in Castries (SLU), and one hour and a half from Hewanorra Airport (UVF) in the south of the Island in air-conditioned vehicles.

Transfer time from Hewanorra (UVF) can be reduced by transferring by helicopter up to the north of the island, resulting in a shorter twenty-minute transfer. This is a super way to start and finish your St Lucia vacation
