This chic St Lucian villa rental is stunningly furnished in contemporary style with a high standard of luxurious finishes. It features a spectacular infinity pool surrounded by cozy soft sun loungers perfect for reading and sunbathing whilst taking in the vast sea views and gorgeous landscaped garden. The property is so spacious and is the perfect villa escape for a group of friends or family. Rodney Bay Harbour a thriving area that offers duty-free shopping, restaurants, and beach with water sports is only a 10-minute drive from the villa.

The entrance to the house leads you into a large open area to the well-equipped kitchen, dining room with a dining table to seat 8 persons, and a living room. This lounging area includes a beer and wine chiller, an ice maker, and an array of glassware. Just off the central living room are a media room with a 52-inch plasma TV, DVD player, iPod dock, and sound system. The sitting room opens out through glass French doors onto the balcony with steps leading down to the large patio and pool area.

The main house comprises 3 well-appointed bedrooms with a fully self-contained cottage adjacent to the house, which acts as the 4th bedroom. The spacious master bedroom suite has a four-poster king-size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bath. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room and bedroom 3 has a king-size four-poster bed and an en-suite shower room.

The cozy cottage has a king-size bed and an en-suite bath and shower room. This cottage is ideal as guest or nanny quarters. It is located to the left of the main house and is separated by a footpath which allows for privacy if needed and a separate entrance. The cottage has an open-plan living and kitchen area, complete with a microwave, electric cooker, and fridge. The cottage has a cozy patio area that also looks out onto beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Staff
The villa includes a Maid who will look after you 3 days a week, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
Cook service is available at US $40.00 per day
As this is a private community there is an on-site security guard 7 days a week from 6 pm - 6 am.
