Welcome to Hummingbird Villa located in Golf Park in the exclusive Cap Estate in Saint Lucia. This luxury villa rental in St Lucia has three bedrooms and comes with its own private swimming pool and sea views. Hummingbird is a lovely traditional-style Caribbean house that offers a warm welcome to guests.
This Caribbean-style three-bedroom, three-bathroom house enjoys a hillside site with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and Rodney Bay and wonderful breezes from the Atlantic Ocean.
Inside this charming St Lucia villa rental, there is an open-plan kitchen with a sitting and dining area. The kitchen has louvre shutters that allow guests to admire the wonderful view.
The lovely living/dining area opens onto a series of patios, all of which are built of natural wood and are situated around and within a flamboyant tree giving the feeling of a “treehouse” and creating a most attractive and relaxing atmosphere.
The “treehouse” patio leads to a lovely swimming pool via a small bridge. This deck area is surrounded by colorful bougainvillea and tropical plants the gardens are embraced by a lush haven of trees and plants that effortlessly attract charming hummingbirds.

• Client can pick 2 meals to be done daily. Client to supply the groceries and ingredients for the cooking.
• Can accommodate up to 2 extra people on rollaway beds at a cost of US $50 per person per night.
• This villa has no air conditioning; however, the ceiling, standing fans, and breezes keep this villa cool.

• Waiver to be signed for children under 12 due to the high balconies.

Area description
Cap Estate was once a thriving 1500 acre sugar plantation covering the entire northern tip of St Lucia and now it is the islands most exclusive residential development. It is also just a few steps from St Lucia Golf Club which is the Island’s only 18h hole course.
Cap Estate is the northernmost point of the island of St Lucia. It is wonderfully quiet and exclusive yet it is only minutes away from Rodney Bay and the stunning beach.
Rodney Bay is one of the most popular yachting destinations in the Caribbean. There is a beautifully landscaped Marina with restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. The Bay is worth visiting during the day to browse through the shops and enjoy a waterside lunch or at night when it becomes lively due to the many night time venues.
For the most part, St. Lucian beaches are relatively short, but with five miles of white sand on Rodney Bay, Reduit is the place for a long stroll by the shore and a swim in calm waters. One of the most popular beaches on the island, it is fronted by the Rex St Lucian Papillon and the Royal St Lucian hotels.
There are several exclusive resort nearby to Villa Hummingbird, including the Le Sport Resort and Body Holiday Spa, The Landings and Cap Maison, where you can enjoy fine dining, body treatments or a variety of exercise and fitness facilities. (Partial or whole day passes can be purchased.)
Villa Hummingbird is also close to the world-renowned Pigeon Island National Landmark. Jutting out into the sea, the Pigeon Island National Landmark is connected to the mainland by a causeway. Pigeon Island is dominated by two small peaks which made excellent observations posts during St Lucia’s more troubled past. There is an interpretive centre as well as a museum and a number of excellent white-sand beaches around the island which provide excellent swimming opportunities.

Exceptionally impressed
We wanted to write to let you know how exceptionally impressed we were with Hummingbird Villa and how much we enjoyed our stay there! A simply stunning location with sensational views, huge amounts of space, a great pool, and a lovely home which we enjoyed to the full. Our only sadness was only being there for 4 days and thus not having quite enough time to enjoy relaxing at the Villa, such was the number of activities we managed to cram in from horse riding in the sea, our sailing trip to Soufriere, golf, zip lining, mud bathing and so the list goes on!! Your ground team did an excellent job and were most welcoming plus there to help as needed, which is always appreciated! We fell in love with The Naked Fisherman and that beach which was great for the kids and adults alike! Thanks to you also for both the amazing Sailing trip and extraordinary New Year at The Cliff. Both were exceptional experiences and only enhanced our time in St Lucia!! We also spent our last night at The Cliff, which only confirmed our opinion!! Once again, our sincere thanks for all your support and recommendations, all of which meant we had a truly memorable trip and have penciled in a return trip to St Lucia with you sometime for sure!!!
