Saline Reef is situated on Saline Point at the very north of the exclusive Cap Estate, with wonderful views of the surrounding areas. The historical Pigeon Island and National Park are within walking distance and easy access to several beaches and the 18-hole golf course. Rodney Bay and Gros Islet are just a short drive away.

Saline Reef offers guests a lovely private swimming pool and magnificent sea views. It is high above the Caribbean Sea with panoramic views of Pigeon Island National Park and the Martinique Channel.

There are two newly renovated beautiful pool areas with stunning views at the villa. These are linked by a waterfall, and enjoy amazing views of the surrounding area. The larger pool is for swimming, and the smaller one is a shallow pool for relaxing and cooling off.

This luxury villa rental has an attractive air-conditioned sitting room leading to the outside dining area. It is open-sided with a covered roof and ceiling fan, giving further spectacular views of Pigeon Island and access to the covered, open patios and pool area. An air-conditioned open-plan kitchen links the separate inside dining area with all the expected amenities.

The villa has recently been extensively upgraded and refurbished; it now boasts three air-conditioned bedrooms, each having en suite shower rooms. The Grand Master Bedroom (situated on the Ground Floor) has a private balcony with uninterrupted views of Martinique. This private furnished terrace enjoys direct access to the pool area and views of the sanctuary of Pigeon Island.

The Lounge- a really great room – with a light, airy feel with its stunning vaulted ceilings and four sets of French doors. Opening to the outside, and has been decorated and refurbished to an exceptionally high standard.

All bedroom suites, inside dining and kitchen areas, and lounge have air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available both inside and outside on the patios.

The Master Bedroom, located on the upper level, has two private balconies so that guests can enjoy the ocean's beautiful, breathtaking views and the exceptional views of Martinique and Pigeon Island.

• Cook service is for two meals per day, client needs to supply groceries for cooking.

Children under 12 are accepted only if parents or guardians sign a waiver. This is due to there being a cliff edge
