Welcome to La Casa De Villa, a one of a kind, five-bedroom, luxurious Villa. This beautiful Mexican home away from home is the perfect size for a trip with a few friends or to bring the whole family. It is hidden away in the foothills of Sierra de la Laguna, Mexico. This property is part of the prestigious El Altillo neighbourhood and provides guests with the utmost privacy and exclusivity.

La Casa De Villa houses five uniquely decorated bedrooms for all of our guests to enjoy a relaxing night of sleep. The Casa can host up to sixteen guests in the utmost comfort. All of the bedrooms are furnished with nothing but the best materials and objects., Imported Italian and French pieces along with a bright, vibrant colour scheme make this Villa stand out. Each bedroom then has its own en suite bathroom, many of which are complete with intricate tiling.

A gourmet kitchen is one of the many impressive features of La Casa. The design is a combination of marble and wood countertops with matching wooden cupboards along with stainless steel appliances that fit well together. A double oven is right next to the full-length wine fridge, where you can fit an impressive array of wines to choose from at dinner. A dark wood breakfast bar is the perfect addition for early morning breakfasts and an ideal snack spot no matter the time of day.

Still, within the large living space on the ground floor, we find a lovely dining set up directly beside the kitchen—a modern white, marble table surrounded by contrasting dark chairs. Then we have the main dining table in dark wood under a modern cube light arrangement. This dining set-up is beside the Casa’s indoor bar, stocked with every beverage you could think of. It is amazing and looks as though it is straight out of the newest Bond movie. Try your hand at making a variety of funky cocktails or sip on a chilled glass of wine. Further in, towards the heart of the Villa, you find a cosy living arrangement consisting of grey velvet sofas and modern mini egg chairs. This is where so many conversations happen as you take in the spectacular vista that surrounds the abode.

Another great feature of La Casa De Villa is the cinema room. Truly designed like a cinema, it has leather recliners with a bar table and chairs behind it. Classic film posters such as Casablanca decorate the walls, perfecting the atmosphere. But what stands out the most, is the 100-inch flat-screen television, on which you can binge-watch that TV show “you can’t miss”, or introduce your loved ones to your favourite film.

Should you venture out onto the Villa’s pool terrace, you will find a whole new world waiting for you. To one side is a traditional dining table beside a large pizza oven and small bar. This is the best place for al fresco dining. Then the state-of-the-art BBQ grill is surrounded by a bar-style table with stools adorned with blue cushions that match the sky. Sit here and watch as the designated chef of the day cooks up a fun barbeque dinner for the group, and maybe enjoy a drink in the process. Another large outdoor lounge area is complete with a checkerboard coffee table, a super-size L-couch and a set of comfortable chairs to chill and bask in the hot rays of a sunny day.

The infinity pool is the perfect place to swim your exercise laps or to enjoy a quick dip to get a break from the hot Mexican sun. It’s surrounded by oversized comfy loungers and overlooks the golf course and nearby sea. Your private hot tub overlooks the pool and is a great place to relax and watch the stars late at night with a glass of bubbly in hand.

La Casa De Villa is really the perfect Villa for any type of vacation. It has an amazing location in Los Cabos which is one of the safest places in Mexico. The nearest beach is only a ten-minute stroll away, or drive for five minutes to reach a private beach club. This Casa is also situated within the gated El Altillo neighbourhood that is just minutes from the Marina and boasts a golf course that golfers will forever dream about. To top it off, guests also gain exclusive access to Puerto Los Cabos Beach Club, which offers the opportunity to swim in the club's infinity-edge pool or dine on property. The club also offers a sports bar, activity centre, and beach access.
