Beautiful Villa Tuscany indeed is accurately named with its gorgeous stonework, ornate décor, and rich wooden accents that all compliment the Italian architecture. The colour pallet is mainly in hues of dark neutral tones with pops of colour that add character and warmth to the Mexican vacation Villa. Large sliding glass doors connect the indoor and outdoor living areas and allow the stunning vista to flow inside effortlessly.

When the time to enjoy some well-earned rest comes along, five beautiful bedrooms, each with the most comfortable of beds, await. This Villa hosts six beds in the five bedrooms, two kings, two queens, and two twin-sized beds. All of these bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and terrace access, and some even have their own private verandas. Perfect spots in which to chill out with your morning coffee in hand as you absorb the breathtaking Mexican views sprawled before you.

For those planning to try their hand at some Mexican cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with professional appliances and is mainly made out of dark wood with a dark marble island in the centre that provides loads of space for indulging. This is also a fantastic spot for a casual meal, snack, or drink. Not far from this hub is the elegant dining table, which is a matching shade to the kitchen and is surrounded by tall, regal chairs. This is the primary dining area, but you can also enjoy meals outdoors.

Right next to the dining area you can find the main living area. A large flat-screen television hangs above an ornate fireplace in front of a coffee table, which is perfectly located to set munchies and drinks on to be enjoyed while binge-watching your favourite series. A stylish white sofa and comfortable armchairs surround it. The sofa in the living area is ideal for putting your feet up and relaxing while chatting with loved ones and admiring the nearby sea view through the glass doors. Enjoy an evening here with the warm breeze wafting through the space. Whether you are reading a book as you sip a chilled glass of wine or catching up on the latest episode of your favourite show, the living area of this Villa will be a fantastic space for everyone.

Villa Tuscany has an incredible outdoor living area with a large terrace that spans the length of the Villa, complete with everything you could ever want. The heated pool is a great place to swim a few laps and take a nice break from the sun, or hop in the hot tub and admire the vista is style. An outdoor stereo system is in place so you can listen to music and create the atmosphere you feel like any time of day. To one side is the gas barbeque and to the other is a palapa and a smaller casual dining setup. Loungers and other comfortable chaises are dotted around the veranda. Continuing around the property, a matching set of sofa and armchairs sits opposite a large fireplace; here, you can sit in a sheltered area with the warmth of the fire and enjoy the evening. Another lovely and cozy option is to sit around the fire pit that overlooks the Sea of Cortez and chat long into the night.

This Villa is located within Puertos Los Cabos, a gated community in Los Cabos. This gives guests access to a private beach area which is only a short three-minute stroll away, as is the dazzling blue Sea of Cortez.
