The property is perched on its own private beachfront area and includes key features such as a large infinity-edge pool. The villa can accommodate up to eighteen guests in total across the lavish interiors and expansive exteriors. (maximum 14 adults and 4 children)

As the property is located directly on the beach, this child-friendly shoreline acts as your backyard. Step down off the private terrace and onto the soft white sandy shoreline. The turquoise, crystal clear waters are luxurious to swim in with gentle waves and mild waters. Enjoy the saltwater swim or explore the waters using the villa's private kayas and paddleboards. The crystallized ocean is perfect for snorkelling and experiencing the tropical creatures that swim peacefully below.

You can always return to the seclusion of your private villa for a swim. The silk-like waters of the infinity-edge pool are refreshing after lounging out under the hot sun. Watch as boats sail by and the edge of the pool blends into the endless blue horizon. Wash off under the alfresco shower and simply lounge around outside to dry off. Indulge in an authentic island-style vacation as you dine alfresco under the sheltered terrace and watch the sky fade from a soft shade of pink to a midnight blue. The alfresco dining terrace seats fourteen guests in total and an additional five along the bar. When the evening draws to an end you can fall asleep to the lull of the ocean’s waves lapping along the shoreline.

The villa boasts over 10,000 square feet of living space that encompasses a modern design. The interiors are laced in this contemporary West Indies style and indulge in panoramic ocean views at its core. The main living area is based directly in front of the large pool terrace. The room indulges in the ceiling to floor windows which flood the room in light and provide incredible views. The room is decorated in soft pastels. The living area includes two L-shaped sofas, laced in colourful cushions. The dining area sits at the opposite end of the room and seats twelve guests along with the smooth wooden table. The kitchen is based behind the dining area and sits an additional three guests on the breakfast counter. The Kitchen comes fully equipped and fitted with top-quality amenities. With tiled glossy walls and glistening marble counters, the kitchen is a chef’s dream to cook in.

The media room is also based on the ground floor of the villa and is the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. The area features views of the tropical gardens and even indulges in a comfortable queen-sized sofa bed. The technological appliances include an Apple TV, X-Box One gaming system and there’s no need to leave your seat with a drink refrigerator at hand.

The villa has a total of 7 lavish bedrooms each boasting of its own private en-suite bathroom. Five of the bedrooms are located on the second floor of the main villa and include a bathroom product, slippers, robes, hairdryers, beach towels, and soft linens. Three of the bedrooms are master suites including king-sized beds and indulging in panoramic ocean views. The bedrooms offer deep soaking bathtubs and walk-in showers. The fourth bedroom features two comfortable twin beds which can also be converted into a king-sized bed on request, while the fifth room offers you four full bunk beds. The bathrooms include a bathtub/shower combination and the rooms themselves include Apple TVs and garden views.

The villa includes two detached king-sized carriage houses. These additional living areas provide you and your guests more privacy and space to relax during your stay in Grand Cayman. The two houses include a king-sized bedroom that overlooks the garden from the balconies. The rooms feature a private en-suite bathroom fitted with a bathtub/shower combo, a single vanity, and a hairdryer. The bedrooms include Apple TVs, safes, and a private kitchenette with amenities such as a washer and dryer, a breakfast table, and a Keurig coffee machine.

The homes in Cayman Kai offer serene waters for kayaking or paddle boarding with no waves. You get the best of both worlds at this home: a backyard facing the ocean with an elevated private pool plus a barefoot sandy beachfront.
