The home is decorated with sky blue exteriors with hints of white dotted through the décor. Wall coverings, furniture, and plantation shutters all evoke a resort-casual beach cottage feel. Kai-Yak Cove has plenty of quiet areas for reading, relaxing, or streaming your favorite movies.

The first-floor den in the villa is equipped with a large Smart TV and Sonos soundbar, and a comfortable sectional sofa. The den connects to a full bathroom that also serves as the lower-level powder room. A second media room with Smart TV and Sonos on the second floor offers walk-out access to a waterfront balcony.

The big attraction of the great room is a wall of sliding glass that affords a full view of the pool, beach, and quiet cove waters. The glass sliding doors allow light to stream through as well as the beautiful sounds of the ocean. Outside, a wonderfully spaced veranda allows for shaded lounging/dining whilst enjoying the sea breeze and views.

The gourmet kitchen is a vacationing chef's dream. Here the chef can whip up delicious meals for you and your guests. You can discuss any preferences or requirements with your personal concierge before your arrival. Kitchen-Aid appliances include a built-in main fridge and freezer, a wine fridge, a dishwasher, a wall oven, a microwave, and a warming drawer that doubles as a slow cooker. Small appliances and a drip coffee maker are also provided. So you can step out in the morning with a delicious cup of coffee and enjoy the serenity of the location.

The villa's private pool includes an elevated spa plus a sun shelf for a ledge lounger. Spa heat is an optional add-on charge year-round. An outdoor kitchen cabana with a propane grill, icemaker, and beverage fridge is also perfect for island cookouts under the stars. The villa offers one bedroom suite on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. Each room offers privacy and peace for all guests.

BOOKING RULES:
• No children under ten years of age, please.
• 5 nights minimum required.
• 6 nights minimum required over Thanksgiving week.
• 7 nights minimum required over Christmas and New Year's.
• Christmas & New Year are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates before booking.
• Shorter stays may be permitted but subject to a higher cleaning fee.
• Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.

VILLA CLEANING AND SANITATION:
• All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
• Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

SILVER THATCH SERVICES:
The 10% Guest Service Fee includes your Silver Thatch Membership. The Guest Service Fee is capped at ten days for extended stays.

LOCATION:
Grand Cayman Island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from any of the key locations. However, Cayman Kai offers the best beaches as they do not have as much marine and plant life inhabiting the shallows.

The sunsets in this location are breathtaking, and Barefoot beach allows you to make the most of these wonderful evenings. Along the beach, you will find the Rum Point Club. This public beach club offers a fantastic barefoot beach, many water sports activities, a delicious restaurant bar and grill, a gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball games. You will also be able to find the Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, bar, and marina along Rum Point.
