The Villa is perched on the ideal location as it rests along the sugar-fine sandy shores of Grace Bay Beach and features a private boat dock on the canal. This is one of the most famous beaches worldwide for its 3 miles of soft sandy shorelines, as well as its well-preserved waters and colorful reefs. Walk along the beach and let the waves lap lazily onto your toes. The beach offers incredible views of the crystalline turquoise waters. This section of Grace Bay Beach features the best snorkeling in the country, as it is located near the vibrant area of Smiths Reef. Dive in to experience an endless color pallet of tropical fish as it is made up of several distinct and unique reef systems and coral heads. There are several reefs in the area, with sites and variable areas that you can choose from if you are a little nervous or are a beginner. There are also reef locations for more experienced alike. If you wish to spend a day on the beach, then your personal villa beach attendant will set up chairs and towels on the sandy shore beside your villa. He can serve up some simple drinks such as soft drinks, beer, or wine, as you lounge on the comfortable sunbeds.

If you want to venture out onto the glistening Grace Bay waters then you can also use the paddleboards, kayaks, and water toys provided by the villa. The villa also offers beach cruiser bicycles and a golf buggy. It features a tennis court and a fabulous swimming pool with elegant hand-crafted statues perched on either side. Several cabanas and a private changing room with a full bathroom complement the pool on the terrace. Numerous canopied daybeds are available on the wraparound decks on each level of the house or guests can sunbathe on lounging furniture on the perfectly manicured lawn. The villa is fully gated with a high-definition security system, ensuring complete privacy, yet within a few minutes walk from numerous restaurants and the main Turtle Cove marina.

The architectural layout and design of the villa are captivating with the use of a unique “upside down” floor plan. The layout offers you these elevated, panoramic views of Grace Bay Beach. The spacious Great Room expands graciously across the upper floor, furnished with pristine white leather seating and Lucite tables. The interior spaces are infused with beautiful furnishings from around the world that spans three generations. Ceiling-to-floor sliding glass doors frame the 180-degree views of Turks and Caicos' clear waters. The room opens out onto a secluded balcony, the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets over the tranquil waters. The upper level of the house also has a wrap-around terrace with much seating, two Barbeque grills, a large private well-equipped cocktail bar, and large interior and exterior dining areas. The large and modern kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to try out some new recipes during your stay. The space is fitted with two stovetops with range hoods, two ovens, and two large worktop islands.

Impulse Beach Estate features six spacious suites in the main house. Each suite offers you a private en-suite bathroom with a large soaking bathtub, shower, double vanities, a work desk, a small kitchenette, a mini-fridge, and a private washer/dryer. Two of the suites, Admiral and Driftwood, offer captivating sea views and King-sized beds, while Anchorage and Mariner offer partial sea views with two sets of queen-sized beds and twin bunk beds. The remaining two suites, Vegas and Imperial Suite open out onto the 5 Diamond pool deck. All bedrooms are on the ground level of the house and offer incredible privacy and space.

New Mermaid Cottage is a lovely, 1-bedroom guest house that has a full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and features a king bed. Mermaid Cottage offers good privacy and is located by the main gate of the villa. The Cabana Suite is furnished with a King bed, has an en-suite bathroom, and pool views, as it is built right next to the pool, and is equipped with a 65" TV set.
