The ground floor of Iggy Blue has a large open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space. This tiled area has sliding glass doors, allowing guests to stroll onto the screened veranda. The views from these communal spaces are divine. Your private freshwater pool and terrace sit between the attractive villa and your stretch of private beach. The mature palm trees fringing the property give this sublime Caribbean home an authentic vibe.

This sleek Caribbean property provides luxurious sleeping accommodations on the upper floor of this two-story villa. Each ensuite bedroom has access to a shared balcony that takes in the majestic blue of the sea.

Within the screened porch is a large, heated spa, where you will delight in unwinding each evening as the night sky illuminates with a million stars. The beautiful private beach is your access point for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking/SUP. The crystal-clear waters that lap gently against your beach invite the weary traveler to dive in and wash away the cares of daily life.

The fabulously designed kitchen is furnished with high-end equipment and appliances. The designated cooks on food prep will enjoy preparing delicious meals without being cut off from the rest of their party. There are two dining areas: one formal indoor dining table seats eight, while another dining space on the screened porch is perfect for guests who want to take in the pool and sea views.

Iggy Blue has a dedicated home office coupled with the Villa’s fiber optic Wi-Fi; it’s perfect for anyone who must keep in touch with business while on vacation. The beautiful pool terrace has lovely spaces for sunbathing or sitting in the shade. The terrace has a gas-fired barbecue grill, too, perfect for preparing casual lunches and suppers.

Twin Suite is a twin bedroom on the upper level. This attractive room has sea views, access to a terrace, and a large ensuite with dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Queen Suite is a queen bedroom on the upper level. This lovely room has sea views and access to a terrace. The ensuite has a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

East Suite is a king bedroom on the upper level. This lovely room has sea views, access to a terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

The marvelous Rum Point is nearby, where you and your fellow guests can join the Rum Point Backyard BBQ, a legendary event from Tuesday to Thursday, starting at 11am.

The very low-key charms of this side of Cayman are a refreshing change from the busy, full-on experience along Seven Mile Beach. If you want to sample some of the glitz of Grand Cayman, you can drive over to the other side of the island. Or, instead, take a Cayman Ferry from Kaibo Marina to Camana Bay. This ferry brings you to the famous Seven Mile Beach, where you can dine, shop or just stroll along this famous beachfront.
