Welcome to Castle Rock St Barts, a 5-bedroom villa located in the well-known Camaruche in St Barts. Castle Rock features captivating views across the Caribbean ocean.

This secluded haven is perched overlooking the northern coast of the island and boast of luxurious five-star amenities for you to indulge in. With eastern and western exposures, the house is illuminated by the sun and cooled by Caribbean breezes.

This five-bedroom villa can accommodate up to ten guests in total and offers you and your loved ones a truly captivating Island vacation experience.

In the mornings see the sun rising over the Bay in the distance. As you slip into the warm heated waters of the still infinity pool you can perch yourself along the edge and watch as the sun rises over the vast ocean. Enjoy the tropical ambiance as the breeze rustles through the tall swaying palm trees and the sweet-smelling fragrances of the exotic flowers carry on the air.

As you wash off under the outdoor shower, wrap up in a soft robe and perch on one of the comfortable sofas on the terrace. Feel the sun begin to warm your toes and touch your cheeks. Sip on a hot cup of coffee and wake up to this majestic world.


A short ten-minute stroll (500m) will lead you to the soft sandy shore of Lorient Beach. This beach is located along the northern coast of St Barts. Here you can spend a day on the beach and sunbathe if you wish. Swim in the fresh salty waters or walk along the shoreline and breathe in the crisp Caribbean air.

It is a great family beach, and perfect for a day full of relaxation and fun water activities. The warm shallow waters inside the coral reef are calm, so any young children can play safely. If you want to indulge in some exciting water sports activities, then Lorient is the perfect place to go snorkeling.

Exploring these waters is incredible, as it holds an abundance of tropical fish and you might even spot a sea turtle. The strong waves further away from the shore make Lorient something of a surfing hot spot, so there is something to do for everyone. Here you will find the island’s surf hut and it’s here that people of all abilities can have the chance to take surf lessons.

After spending the afternoon on the beach, you can return home to your private villa and have a quick workout in the private gym area. If you would rather indulge and relax then make your way to the private Hamman Sauna. Soak in the relaxed ambiance and unwind before your Caribbean meal.

The alfresco dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy your Caribbean dinner. Here you can seat up to fourteen guests and enjoy the incredible view. The dining area is in a secluded covered part of the terrace and enjoys an additional decked area where you can watch the sun setting over this haven. Enjoy your food with a bottle of fine wine from the wine cellar. Merlot, Pinot Grigio, or sauvignon blanc? Lounge out on the terrace and sip on your tangy drink from the private bar.

If you desire something a bit bubblier then slip into the jacuzzi and watch the stars glisten above you. As the evening comes to an end you can relax in bed and let the Caribbean breeze float through the room.

The villa's location is fringed by a tropical garden. The overall property is steeped in character, expanding over a total of more than 9,000 square feet. The newly built home is both elegant and chic as its architecture indulges in spacious living areas and lavish materials that add a natural element.

Making your way into the main living areas, these spaces have direct access out onto the terrace. The living area is fitted with a plush U-shaped couch and enjoys incredible ocean views. It also has a large high-resolution television. The room is flooded with light and warmth as it features large floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors.

The crisp slate floors underfoot and soft breezes keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The Kitchen is fully equipped and exceeds the expectations of any chef. It is located off of the alfresco dining area. Here it has smooth tiled floors and sleek counters. The appliances include a coffee machine, teapot, kettle, oven, rotisserie, toaster, two refrigerators, and two freezers.

Castle Rock has a total of five bedrooms. Each of the rooms offers its own private en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a standalone shower. The villa has four guest suites and a Master suite which is the largest room in the villa. Each suite is air-conditioned and has a king-sized bed, high-resolution TV, and a safe. The bedrooms are all located on the lower level with uninterrupted views over the bay.


LOCATION

Castle Rock is located in the well-known Camaruche in St Barts. This secluded property is perched overlooking the northern coast of the island and offers eastern and western exposures, illuminated by the sun and cooled by Caribbean breezes. The villa is discreetly located inside a park with an exclusive-access, paved road. The surrounding park is a miniature Garden of Eden, full of native and exotic trees, 30-foot-tall royal palms, bearded palms, and pineapple palms. It has an extremely convenient location as it is within a ten-minute drive from the airport (3.7km).

The villa is only a minutes’ drive or a ten minutes’ walk to the nearest Lorient Beach (500m). This beach is located along the northern coast of St Barts. The beach has warm shallow waters inside the coral reef are calm, so any young children can play safely. The beach is great for snorkeling as it holds an abundance of tropical fish and sea turtles. There are strong waves further away from the shore which makes Lorient a surfing hot spot. It also has an island’s surf hut where you are offered the chance to take surf lessons.

St-Jean beach is a further 3.2km from the villa which equates to a seven-minute drive. This beach offers you something different again as it is one of the most popular beaches on the island. The beach covers a long stretch of fine golden sand and a wide range of beach and water activities. The area close to the airport is great for windsurfing and bodyboarding. Equipment can be hired from Carib Waterplay on the beach itself. Visiting St Jean beach is only one of the best things to do in St Barts.
