Welcome to our villa Casa Roc located in heart of Gustavia within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa has gorgeous views of the harbour.

The villa is very open and features a spacious living area with sliding doors that open to the terrace and the view making it ideal for watching the boats and fireworks. The villa has a well equipped kitchen right beside the living space with a large breakfast bar separating it from the living room.

The villa has 3 bedrooms in total and the master bedroom is located just off the living room with a ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. The second bedroom is located on the lower level with outside access and has an ensuite bathroom and would be smaller in comparison to the bedroom upstairs. The third bedroom is located in a separate bungalow with outside access also.

The pool is located on the lower level near the 2nd bedroom and has loungers surrounding it while the Jacuzzi is on the upper level and can accommodate 4 persons. The villa has WIFI and french satellite in the living room and the master bedroom



Villa Casa Roc comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. This villa is also suitable for young children.
