Welcome to our stunning 4 bedroom villa Ixfalia located on the hillside in St Jean. Ixfalia is a brand new villa with stunning ocean views and within a fantastic location of being high in the hillside with peace and quiet yet only minutes from all the action in St Jean village. It is by far one of the most incredible villas on the island. The villa features lots of unusual and unique pieces of artwork throughout the villa.
The villa has a great open plan that includes the living room, dining area, and a modern fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the covered terrace that is furnished with relaxing seating and a dining table for some alfresco dining.
The villa has a stunning rustic decor with a combination of cool white palettes and contemporary furniture. The breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the living area and terrace. Imagine yourself on the terrace relaxing with a glass of champagne in hand while admiring the incredible view. Due to the high position of the property, the views are simply amazing. We can also arrange for a chef to come and prepare gourmet meals for you and your guests.
The villa also features a heated L-shaped pool with an expansive deck and the pool is framed with plush day beds which are fabulous for relaxing in the sun. Ixfalia also has an air-conditioned mini-gym that is located in a separate bungalow and a Bocce Court.
The bedrooms in this villa are spacious and wonderfully decorated. All four bedrooms have ocean views and have French king-size beds. The master bedroom includes a tub as well as a shower. The other 3 bedrooms have indoor and outdoor showers. The villa has TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms with the US and French satellite and Apple TV. Villa Ixfalia is a wonderful villa for families and couples.

AMAZING villa
This was the nicest villa I have stayed at. Great location right in St Jean. You can see the planes landing in the distance. The ocean views are great and the outdoor space is nice to just relax around. Overall it is a beautiful property, plenty of room for everyone and super modern.
