Welcome to our villa Jasmine St Barts which is the third and highest of three exquisite, 4-bedroom, hilltop villas in Gouverneur, St Barths, offering panoramic views on both sides of the hill, from St. Jean all the way to the other side of the island. Villa Jasmine is perched on the highest part of the hill, in a desert-like rock garden, the remnants of an ancient volcano.

The villa consists of two independent units, separated by a driveway. The main house has a comfortable air-conditioned living room, furnished with quality pieces, and glass doors to look out on all sides.

An air-conditioned, fully-equipped professional kitchen is on the other side. It has a large dining/breakfast table and all the equipment a professional chef needs. Both living and kitchen units open on all sides to benefit from the breezes and the majestic views. Between the living room and kitchen, there is a covered but open living area with ample seating, in addition to an outdoor dining table that sits next to a waterfall flowing from the wall behind the house.

A vast deck stretches along the full length of the kitchen and living room, on the edge of which a large infinity pool mirrors the sky. The deck also gives access to both bedrooms of the main house. One is located a little higher, on the Gouverneur side. The other is on the St. Jean side, a little lower. Both bedrooms are equally large and equipped. A comfortable, king size bed is the centrepiece. Each bedroom has equal amenities. A large bathroom with a dual-head shower, which can be opened to the outside, compliments each room.

Below the main house are the two other bedrooms as well as a fitness room. The bedrooms are similarly equipped to the ones on the main level, but because of the distance to the main house, each of these bedrooms comes with its own plunge pool. It is important to note that these bedrooms are located much lower so do require a walk from the main house.
