The villa is stunning in every way and boast the most luxurious and modern furnishings. The villa is brand-new and is one of the most exquisite villas located high on the Lurin hillside offering a fabulous view over the ocean with year-round sunsets.

This home incorporates a number of glamorous features of design and architecture, such as a wall-size Michelangelo detail and an impressive all-glass shower enclosure. Tastefully decorated in a contemporary style with white furniture and fabrics.

The contemporary villa is set on two levels. As you enter the villa you are one the upper level and guests are blown away by the impressive views from the mezzanine. Upstairs you will find two luxury master bedrooms. The bedrooms are finished and furnished to the highest standard and offer breath-taking sea views as well as plush materials. The bedrooms are located with side of the landing and both feature King Size bedrooms with baths en suite with gorgeous showers; each opens on to a terrace and the view.

A staircase provides access to the lower level living area. On the lower level, there is a spacious and chic open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This fully air-conditioned space opens onto the terrace and wonderful sea view.

The terrace is one of our favorite features of this villa with it’s stunning ocean views, gorgeous heated infinity pool and spacious deck that provides space to relax and admire the view. A great features of the terrace is the swim up bar – perfect for cocktails with family and friends at sunset. The adjacent gazebo has a wet bar so drinks can always be at the ready. Villa Fleur de Cactus is a wonderful option for those who love to entertain.

Next door to the living area you will find the down stairs the master suite which offers the same amenities as the two other bedrooms located on the upper level. All feature an ocean view, a king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. These master suite opens via sliders to a covered outdoor living area and the sunny pool deck.

The kitchen is worthy of an Iron Chef and includes everything that could be put on a gourmet’s wish list – including a wine cooler. Its central island location provides a great place to gather for breakfast and snacks, and the pantry is a great spot for packing a picnic lunch to take to the beach. A guest bath is conveniently located on the main level. Air conditioned throughout, whirling ceiling fans provide that romantic touch of tropical ambiance. This is one of St. Barth’s premier properties.

This villa is ideally located at a short distance to Gustavia, a local fitness centre, and both Shell Beach and Gouverneur beach.

Fleur de Cactus is situated in a superb central location just minutes from Gustavia Harbor. Gustavia is just a 2 minute drive from the villa. You are also only five minutes from pristine Gouverneur Beach which is one of the most beautiful in St Barths.

Gustavia is one of the prettiest harbour towns in the Caribbean. Its steep bay walls tumble to a rectangular waterfront with attractive red-roofed buildings overlooking the harbour from three sides. There is a lovely board walk around much of the waterfront. Here you will find lots of small boats and tenders moored at the restaurants and bars which gives it a lovely atmosphere.

You are also close to shell beach which is just a 3 minute drive away. Shell beach is short walk from the capital Gustavia, and the scene of many weekend festivities. You can take a dip in the wonderfully calm waters after a day’s shopping in the town. Restaurant Do Brazil is a great casual dining option located on the beach. There is a lovely view to the islands of Statia and Saba. It is a good place to go when the other beaches are a bit too windy as it is almost always tranquil and calm enough for swimming and sun bathing.

Located next to Saline Beach on the south coast lies the wonderful Gouveneur Beach. A stunning beach that is unspoiled. It has a superb stretch of sand surrounded by high cliffs. It offers good swimming and snorkelling by the rocks. It also offers a wonderful view of Nevis and St Kitts. The only way to get to Gouverneur is by a steep narrow road so the beach is almost always quiet and well worth the short drive.
