This beautiful and spacious Villa has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, providing an idyllic, self-contained vacation for up to 12 guests. Casa Xolo has 10,000 square feet of space with air-conditioned interiors. The Villa is within a short drive of downtown Tulum, Mexico's gorgeous Caribbean coastline destination. A wonderful combination of natural stone, sleek, polished tiles, dark wood, and lush fabrics define life at Casa Xolo.

The interiors are sophisticated and comfortable. A large open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen have views across the terrace towards the pool. A long, glass retractable wall allows this large interior space to merge seamlessly with the beautiful outdoors.

The layout of this spacious Villa is wonderful. The living areas form a perimeter around the large pool terrace. The lush jungle adds another layer of privacy around the entire property. Lounging on one of the terraces, relaxing by the pool, or dining alfresco is a serene experience.

The clever physical structure of the property has created dramatic architectural features that provide shaded places for guests to unwind outdoors away from the full sun. The natural creamy stone-clad walls balance the sleek and modern façade. This organic natural stone feature appears throughout the exterior, bringing a soft, light-infused element to the exquisite outdoors.

The main open-plan room is awash with light. A series of windows brings the soft tones of the warm Mexican sun into the vivid interiors. Deep blues and oranges offset a solid polished concrete base, dark floors, and kitchen cabinetry. These colors bring vitality to the space, creating the perfect base for a stylish but relaxed vacation.

The polished concrete staircase combines a brutalist sensibility with a shape lifted from the celebrated Mexican surrealist paintings. This beautiful feature links the ground floor with the upper level.

The magnificent five bedrooms of Casa Xolo are divine. Space, space, and more space define these luxurious rooms. One of the large Master Suites occupies the upper floor of the main Villa, with two further bedrooms at the Ground Floor level. The remaining two bedrooms are in the adjacent Guest Annex.

The Master Suite has fabulous views over the surrounding jungle. The room is exceptionally bright. Lush fabrics and smooth wood flooring make this space a cozy retreat at night and a fresh space by day with relaxed seating, ideal for guests who might like some quiet me-time. This room has a private balcony and a stunning ensuite bathroom.

Two further bedrooms are on the ground level, and enjoy private outdoor spaces and fabulous ensuites. The Guest House, adjacent to the main Villa, has two light-filled bedrooms at ground floor level. These spacious bedrooms have terrace access and sublime ensuites, too.

Life at Casa Xolo is a deeply luxurious experience with a wonderfully casual vibe. Lazy days dining outside, cooking on the barbecue, swimming, and working out in the well-equipped gym are some fabulous experiences.
