Welcome to Casa Luna, a 3-bedroom villa located in the luxurious Casa Luna community, along the coastline just south of Seven Mile Beach. Casa Luna is inspired by Tuscan architecture. The style has a beautiful blend of modern luxury and a wonderful Caribbean style. The architects have created a beautiful oasis with award-winning landscapes that you can call your own.

Casa Luna is perfect for guests looking for a stand-alone villa but wish for more resort amenities, or for those keen to explore the Seven Mile Beach area, but in a more private setting. The resort offers a barefoot swimming beach, snorkelling, proximity to 7 Mile Beach (shopping, water sports, restaurants etc,) and a private taxi service. For guests who love the luxury and cosiness of a condo option but are looking for more privacy, Casa Luna provides you with your own roof and less density and traffic on the beach and at the pool. Casa Luna is a wonderful option to experience the best aspects of a private villa with the convenience and resort amenities of a luxury oceanfront condo without being irritated by loud and annoying crowds. Our beach is never crowded and is not easily accessible by the general public due to the rugged Ironshore cove that protects our secluded sandy beach. Enjoy lounging in peace, lay your head back on the sand and listen to the sound of the ocean lapping onto the shore.

Casa Luna is a wonderful 3-bedroom multi-level private villa. It has easy access to the infinity pool, only a few steps from it. As well as being very close to a fitness centre and a barefoot beach. This property has an open-plan concept floorplan which guarantees plenty of common areas perfect for gatherings with your friends and family. French doors in the living area open onto a stunning veranda and private gated side yard. You may use taxis or park a rental car within 50 feet of the villa. The Casa Luna estate is gated for its' guest's privacy.

The gourmet kitchen overlooks the wonderful dining area & veranda and is equipped with many high-end appliances and plenty of counter space. You have all the appliances and kitchen accessories you will need to cook up a Caribbean storm during your stay. Prepare a homemade dinner for your group or hire a professional chef to prepare and serve a gourmet meal during your stay. The dining table seats 8 guests comfortably, while the patio dining table can seat 6 guests for a more casual meal. One of the island's best restaurants, Grand Old House, is just a 5-minute walk from Casa Luna.

This residence offers three luxurious bedrooms, all offering large closets and flat-screen TVs with cable programming. The top-floor master king suite includes a private terrace on each side with elevated views of the Caribbean Sea. Relax with a cup of coffee in the morning out on the terrace and take in the spectacular views. The middle floor has an additional king suite and a double-bed suite with 2 full-sized beds. All bedrooms offer luxury linens, towels, hairdryers, and bathrobes. The property also has inflatable twin beds for overflow sleeping for children. Casa Luna #4 will sleep 10 totals, however, only 6 maximum guests 18 years or older per Cayman Islands Department of Tourism License.

An extra full bathroom is on the ground floor as a guest powder room or for use when all the showers are taken by others getting ready to go out to dinner.
From the villa, you are only a few steps away from the resort’s picturesque beach and idyllic swimming cove. Open only to Casa Luna owners and guests, this sandy barefoot swimming beach with calm azure waters is perfect for photos and paddleboarding. A perfect private destination for guests to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Grand Cayman.

Overlooking the beach is the resort’s pool deck with a mosaic-tiled infinity pool and separate heated spa. A perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. If you prefer to keep more active during your vacation, there is a fitness centre available for guest use and is located below the pool deck. With its stunning, elevated views of the secluded beach cove, the pool deck is the perfect spot to end the day while watching for the "green flash" as the sun sets in the west.

This villa offers mid-week light housekeeping for stays that are seven days or more. Casa Luna’s amenities, gated privacy, 24-hour security, secluded barefoot beach, and luxurious residences combine to create a beachfront vacation experience unlike any other condo or villa on Grand Cayman.

Beach Notes
Casa Luna's barefoot sandy beach is framed with palm trees and chaises for your use. Exclusive only to the owners and guests of Casa Luna, the beach is rarely overcrowded and provides a peaceful place to relax and unwind.

Unusual for a barefoot beach in Grand Cayman is the ability to snorkel and actually see marine life, as fish require corals, grasses, and rocks in which to live. Instead of rocks and grasses, Casa Luna's protective Ironshore cove provides a haven for marine life. Given the tides and currents, you'll want to exercise caution when swimming outside the protective cover. But the natural beauty of the surrounding environment and being able to experience tropical wildlife first-hand is spectacular.
