Welcome to Casa Gigi, a luxury 4 bedroom villa in the exclusive gated community of Playacar Phase 1 in Playa Del Carmen.

Casa Gigi is a magical home with lush gardens and stunning sunset views from the top floor watch tower- perfect for evening cocktails while watching the sunset and the many kite surfers in the ocean.

This Mexican home was built 6 years ago and is loved for its unique architecture. There are so many hidden spaces to relax in Casa Gigi. The shade of the courtyard, surrounded by tropical foliage, is perfect for your morning coffee. Or soak up the morning sun on your bedroom private terrace for a peaceful start to the day with the gorgeous view of the Caribbean Sea.

Casa Gigi features 4 en-suite bedrooms and 3 overlook the white sandy beach and turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea. The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor feature their own private terraces, the ideal spot for me-time while sipping on a delicious Margarita.

Downstairs you will find your kitchen and dining area...We would be delighted to arrange a private cook or bartender for your fully equipped kitchen, to create delicious meals, snacks and cocktails throughout your stay.

Casa Gigi is in a superb location- literally right across from the beach and a short stroll from the lively Quinta Avenida, famous for its award-winning restaurants, trendy bars and shops. Whether you decide to relax at Casa Gigi by your private pool, go partying in Quinta Avenida or spend your days at the beach...there is definitely something to suit all tastes here. • The master bedroom with upstairs plunge pool is only included and available when renting all 4 bedrooms
• Rates are based on 8 guests
• Max occupancy: 10 guests (8 x Adults and 2 x kids)
• An additional $80 USD + taxes per child per night is applicable for children under 2 years of age
• No pets
• No smoking
• This is an eco conscious villa and it is requested that A/C only be used when guests are in the villa and with the doors and windows closed.
• Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed). Penalties for noncompliance may apply
