Welcome to Ca55, a sleek and sophisticated villa on the shores of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. This seven-bedroomed, air-conditioned beachfront property, designed by the renowned architect Rolf Blakstadt, is a wonderful example of Ibicenco architectural style.

This spacious cubist property with soft, rounded corners is a masterclass in white-washed walls, providing the perfect backdrop for organic and textural furnishings. The energy throughout Ca 55 is serene. The purity of each space is enhanced by glass walls and picture windows that draw the turquoise sea views, outdoor pool, and lush green landscaped foliage into the beautiful interiors.

This elegant Villa is named in honor of the Catalan abbreviated Casa to Ca' tradition. The number 55 refers to the ultra-cool St Tropez haunt Club 55, put on the map by Brigitte Bardot. Guests who want a beauty, style, and comfortable backdrop will love Ca 55. Four of the seven stylish ensuite bedrooms are on the main Villa's upper floor. Two bedrooms are in the adjacent Guest House, and the final bedroom is in the Beach Cottage.

Turks and Caicos is famous for its low-lying terrain. Ca 55 is fortunate to occupy one of the slightly elevated positions within Blue Mountain. This natural incline allowed the architect to create a multi-layered property with a 230-degree unimpeded vista across the coastal Princess Alexandra National Park.

Guests can pop on a snorkel and explore the thrilling underwater terrain of corals, colorful fish, and pretty marine plant life. A Mediterranean orchard enhances life on land developed as part of the design, featuring coconut palms, fruit trees, starfruits, cherry trees, and kefir lime. If you arrive in Spring, these trees are laden with pale and aromatic blossoms. Divine!

The large grounds of Ca 55 include an 82-foot infinity pool that draws the eye to a point on the horizon. Flanked on both sides by beautifully designed gardens, refined terraces, and a series of stone steps, guests can easily navigate from the main Villa to the Beach Cottage and oceanfront area.

This beautiful oceanfront area has a bedroom, dedicated kitchenette, and outdoor dining space with a firepit and heavenly views across the sandy beach to the ocean. The main kitchen of Ca 55 is located in the main Villa, on the level above the beach.

Guests arriving at Ca 55 will love the privacy and serenity of its location. The fresh, soft white interiors are key to the Ibiza style of this exquisite Villa. Weathered wood pergolas, bespoke timber cabinets, and a dramatic Murano glass chandelier are some of the key elements that make this Villa a stand-out destination.

The luxurious furniture is eclectic, effortlessly combining functionality and form. Hand-woven rugs in colors drawn from the garden blooms bring beautiful artistic flourishes to bedrooms and communal spaces.

The views from the large living room and bedrooms are dramatic. The lush tropical gardens balance the many blues of the ocean and the vast sky. White limestone floors and smooth arched walls create a very organic aesthetic, as though the Villa was carved from the hillside.

The property provides 8,600 square feet of vacation space. A diverse collection of art is dotted throughout the property, creating points of interest for visitors once they draw their gaze from the heavenly outdoor views.

Indoor and outdoor living is blended seamlessly at Ca 55. The large living room has a retractable glass wall that connects with a spacious, covered veranda. A long dining table on the terrace enjoys dramatic sea views.

Clusters of comfortable outdoor seating allow guests to gather to hang out or sit quietly on a bedroom terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has a space for dining, with beautiful views. The Main Villa has a media center, a well-equipped gym, a playroom, a library, a billiards room, and a foosball table. There's so much to keep guests occupied by day or night.

The upper-level bedrooms have spectacular sea views and ensuite bathrooms. The self-contained annex comprises 1,600 square feet of beautiful living space with two spacious bedrooms and kitchen space.

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive., further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing, which have put this cost at an all-time high.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption, particularly regarding Air Conditioning (AC). If running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $105.00/day (one hundred five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the lessee's security deposit at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
