This fabulous property commands an excellent location in Turtle Cove at the quieter Western end of Grace Bay Beach, with Smith’s Reef directly in front of the villa. Smith’s Reef features the best snorkelling in Turks & Caicos. Common underwater sights at this spot include sea turtles, lobster, eagle rays and shoals of colourful tropical fish. Beach Villa Sandstone has recently undergone extensive renovations and the result is certainly impressive.

The house is in walking distance of several superb restaurants, in Turtle Cove, the island’s main marina, where you will find a full service dive outfit, bike rental, fishing excursions and other water adventures. Despite the beachfront location, the villa stands alone, therefore giving a valuable sense of privacy.

Beach Villa Sandstone has a typical Caribbean design with a grand high-ceilinged open-plan living room, combined with a fully equipped kitchen and formal dining area, all with fabulous views of Grace Bay. The semi-circular spacious kitchen will be a favourite spot for the cooks and foodies in your group. Chic furnishings are enhanced with a nautical theme combined with bright and earthy colours throughout.

Outside the house you will find a spectacular infinity pool terrace which is surrounded by spacious decks offering shaded and sunny areas, dotted with sun loungers. A gazebo shades the beautiful alfresco dining area, where you can dine under the sunshine or the stars. The views from each deck are truly breath-taking and there can be no better place on earth to catch such an amazing ocean sunset.

The house is located almost directly to Smiths Reef, which is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water in part because of this reef. Once you step over the rock it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with an amazing magical underworld ahead.

Staff
Villa rental includes one mid-week cleaning, with a change of fresh sheets and towels.
