Welcome to Beach Escape Villa, by Exceptional Villas. This stunning 5-bedroom beachfront villa is located along the south-westerly coast of Anguilla’s glimmering coastline. Overlooking the Caribbean Sea and based a short distance from many of the island’s beaches and activities, this villa is perfect for families, groups of couples (4 couples) or friends travelling to the island. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in total.

Beach Escape Villa has 166 feet of beach frontage and is based in a private gated beach area. The villa embraces a profusion of amenities and luxurious features to ensure a vacation on island like no other. From the private pool next to beach, to the expansive views of the Sea and St Martin in the distance, the villa provides space to unwind and relax.

Beach Escape Villa expands across two separate buildings. The main villa is where you will find the living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as the pool and screened porch. The main house has two bedrooms upstairs with private en-suite bathrooms. Right next to the main villa is the guest house. Here you will find three self-contained suites, each with bedroom, private en-suite bathroom, and terrace. Both buildings have air conditioning throughout.

Please note this villa has a one-week minimum stay required. If you have a smaller party, we offer 2, 3, or 4-bedroom rental rates at reduced prices. The villa is exclusively rented to one party at a time, ensuring your privacy and seclusion throughout your stay.

At Exceptional Villas we offer a full, complimentary concierge service with all our villas. We can arrange car rental, VIP airport assistance, airport transfers, pre-stock the villa with groceries prior to your arrival, make restaurant reservations, spa treatments, organize excursions and much more. LOCATION DETAILS
Beach Escape Villa is located in an accessible and convenient location on Island. The villa has access to the beach and is based near the Blowing Point Ferry Port. The villa also has fantastic ocean views and views of St Martin in the distance. It is based along the West end of the island and is a short 5-minute drive to the famous Meads Bay beach.

The island of Anguilla is located along the Eastern Caribbean map and is the most northern island in the Leeward Island chain. Anguilla is a luxurious Caribbean island with a profusion of powdery white beaches and crystallized turquoise waters surrounding its coastline. Tucked away in The British West Indies this tropical paradise is the perfect place for you to spend your vacation with your loved ones.
