Welcome to our brand new villa Alegria located on the beachfront at Sandy Point with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and mountains. The beach is only one minute walk via a paved footpath and has excellent swimming and snorkelling.

Villa Alegria has 4 bedrooms and offers amazing views from every angle. The spacious living area features a fully equipped kitchen with views of the ocean so you don’t feel like you’re missing out when you are cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

The spacious deck is so gorgeous and the most perfect area to soak up the sun and features a jetted Jacuzzi and 900 square foot infinity pool. The pool is surrounded by loungers and basket chairs which are perfect to sit in and enjoy a refreshing cocktail.

Guests love the built in outdoor BBQ for some al fresco dining on the warm breezy Caribbean evenings. Nothing beats getting a chef in to prepare some delicious BBQ food on one of the evenings and for everyone to sit at the alfresco seating chatting and looking out onto the view.

There is an inside seating area and also an outside seating area that is covered so plenty of space for entertaining and spending time with friends and family. The villa also has an inside formal dining area along with a media room that can also be turned into a 5th bedroom on request.

Villa Alegria has not forgotten about those who love to work out on vacation as they offer guests an air conditioned gym equipped with treadmill, elliptical trainer and Pilate’s equipment and a yoga mat with yoga DVDs.

Alegria has 4 ensuite bedrooms that are great for 3 couples or 2 couples with kids. Three of the bedrooms feature King size beds while the fourth bedroom has 2 full size beds. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate building offering ultimate privacy.

For all those who love tennis, the Anguilla Tennis Academy is within a short drive from the property. The property is also close to some of the best restaurants on the West End of the island.

Alegria is one of the most beautiful villas on the island of Anguilla and a wonderful option for couples and families who want a luxurious home that is close to popular areas on the island. The villa offers daily maid service 6 days per week.
