Villa Pianora is a magnificent property that takes up the entire right wing of an elegant three-story villa. The property is located just a short 35km drive from the incredible city of Florence. You can travel to the city for a day and enjoy the magnificent architecture, the beautiful rustic streets, and the fabulous restaurants, all before heading home and enjoying a relaxing evening soaking in the evening sun.

The villa is surrounded by grapevines and olive trees in the Chianti-producing area. The villa offers its guests six double bedrooms, all of which feature en-suite bathrooms. Villa Pianora is an ancient semi-attached Villa that has been recently restored and is equipped with any comfort you may need. The property’s rustic stone-walled exteriors have a lovely, charming beauty, and the Villa is a perfect place for a fantastic, relaxing getaway.

Indoors, you will find satellite television and Wi-Fi. The villa has also been decked out with a fitness room with a view of the beautiful countryside and a magnificent swimming pool. The home also offers a jacuzzi where you can relax during the hot summer days.

Lower floor:
The Villa opens onto a living space with a comfortable sofa and Tv from this living room through the internal stairs, it is possible to reach the double bedrooms Viola and Margherita, both with Queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms with shower, kitchen completed equipped.

Relax Area:
On the Villa lower floor, you can find the RELAX room equipped with a treadmill, a stationary bike, a Sofa, and a bathroom with a shower.

Ground Floor:
On the Villa’s ground floor, you will find a living space with a sofa and a large terrace for your al fresco dining.

First Floor:
The first three bedrooms are located on the Villa’s first floor: Rosa, Girasole, and Peonia. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and one has two single beds. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a shower. This allows each guest their own private and personal space. The sixth double bedroom, Gelsomino offers a bathroom with a shower and is located on the Villa’s higher level. The higher level is located on the tower, with a stunning view over the Tuscan countryside, covered with vineyards and olive trees. The Villa is also furnished with lovely living areas which feature an understated elegance. This creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The villa is also completely air-conditioned for your comfort.

LOCATION:
Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor to Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the pristine studded landscapes and the enchanted medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.

The most famous area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti's must-see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda, and Gaiole. Along the road, visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa.
