Bedroom 1: Master king bedroom (200cmx200cm bed size) with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower stall – direct access to the garden
Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom (160cmx200cm bed size) with ensuite bathroom with shower stall – direct access to the garden
Bedroom 3: Queen/twin bedroom (2 beds – 90cmx200cm) with ensuite bathroom with shower stall – direct access to the garden

Annex:
Bedroom 4: Studio/office – this room is convertible into a full bedroom (140cm×200cm bed size) with an ensuite bathroom with shower – suitable for teenagers/young adults
Small kitchenette for light use

NOTES:
• Damage liability: €2,500
• Check-in between 4 pm and 8 pm – Check-out by 10 am
• The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location), which may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally in Euro cash.
• All extra services must be paid in cash locally before departure.
