Welcome to Villa Nautica, a 4-bedroom luxury villa perched on the sandy shore of Fatima Beach in Riviera Maya, Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. The villa features a rooftop palapa with a comfortable double chaise lounge and wet bar with seating not to mention an amazing multi-level beachside pool and deck area.

As the villa is perched on the luxurious Fatima Beach, spending a day out on the sugar-fine sand is easy. Walk along the long stretch of beautiful white sand and let the waves lap lazily onto your toes. You can explore the shallow reefs that line the coastline. You can spend a day on the powdery sands, steps away from your villa, and sunbathe if you wish or dive into the crystal-clear blue waters for a swim. The Beach is secluded and tranquil, it is the perfect place to realign your energy as you listen to the sounds of the sea. Use the Kayaks supplied by the villa and explore the clear water. This Villa is located on the best beach in the Mayan Rivera and only a short swim away from the best snorkelling in the area. Rent some snorkelling equipment and plunge into the waters to experience the palette of colourful tropical fish.

Wake each morning to the fresh smell of coffee and a delicious breakfast of Huevos Rancheros prepared by staff Lucia and Sergio. The terrace offers a spectacular view of the water and a white sandy beach. Dine alfresco on the terrace and watch the morning sun glisten along the ocean and along the luxurious swimming pool. After breakfast why not relax on the sun loungers or in the secluded shaded seating areas. Here you can read your favourite novel, as you flick from page to page and the breezes float across your skin. As the day gets warmer you can slip into the refreshing waters of the pool and float as you watch the boast sail swiftly past in the distance. The landscaped gardens are laced with tropical plants and lush vegetation with the beach a few steps away. If you want to explore the local area we recommend you rent a golf cart, most amenities are within easy walking distance. A short trip to the local village will lead you to discover the delicious gelato, vibrant shopping outlets, tennis courts and even offers you the chance to go swimming with the dolphins.

After some exploring, you can return to your luxurious villa for lunch. Lunch is cooked to your request every day. Your professional chef works wonders to create delicious mouthwatering dishes and treats for you to enjoy. Dinner is also exceptional as you have the choice to stay in and watch the sunsets over the ocean, right in your backyard. You can mix up some tangy drinks in the wet bar and slip into the jacuzzi as you sip on the cocktails. When the warm pink sky fades to a midnight blue you can make your way up to the rooftop terrace and see the stars sparkle above you. As you fall asleep in your plush beds you will fall asleep to the sounds of the waves on the shore.

Villa Nautica is modern and chic, architecturally and in its overall design. The interiors are lavish, and each corner has attention to detail. The rooms offer smooth granite floors, clean pale walls and large windows throughout the property. The main living area embraces an open design concept and the rooms are flooded with light and warmth. As you walk into the villa, you are greeted by a huge open plan living and dining area. The rooms lead seamlessly to the outdoor covered terrace, deck and beach area. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a delight to be in and is fitted with all the appliances you will need during your stay. You can also make use of the grill area on the terrace, perfect for cooking some smoky treats. The ocean views from the rooms. Making your way up to the upper floor of the villa you will find the large media room. The room includes a huge flat-screen TV with satellite. Here you can relax on comfy sofas and watch your favourite movie. From here the stairs leads you to the amazing rooftop deck with palapa, a wet bar, a full chaise lounge and an additional seating area with cushions.

The villa boasts four luxurious bedrooms in total. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom and standalone shower. All bedrooms are fitted with walk-in closets and ceiling fans. The luxurious master suite has a large King-sized bed and includes features such as a high-resolution television, safe and enjoys incredible ocean views. The master suite is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the terrace where you will find the Jacuzzi and deck area. The remaining three suites are located on the upper floor. Two of the rooms offer two comfortable queen-sized beds each and ocean views, while the fourth bedroom offers two twin beds and has views of the surrounding tropical gardens.

The Cancun International Airport is an hour of a drive from the villa. The nearest restaurants, pubs, and bars are all within a two minutes’ drive or five minutes walk. If you want to experience some of the historical sites in Mexico, then you can visit the Ruins of Tulum which is only a thirty-minute drive away.

A short distance from the villa is the San Carlos Marina. Here you can discover a profusion of delicious restaurants, bars, boutiques, delicatessens, golf courses, tennis courts and more. Puerto Aventuras offers many fun activities such as swimming with dolphins, deep-sea fishing or snorkelling. Everything is within walking distance. You can do any of the activities or stay and enjoy the beauty of Villa Nautica.

• An additional damage waiver fee of $150 USD per stay will be added to the booking total. The damage waiver fee includes accidental damages to the property and its items in excess of “normal wear and tear” during the guest's stay. If the damages were to exceed a very unlikely $1,000 USD, the corresponding amount of the damage can be claimed by RMH and will be charged to the credit card on file. The fee is not refundable after check-in.
