Welcome to Hacienda Mágica, a 14-bedroom luxury villa perched overlooking the Caribbean Sea on the sandy shores of the Fatima Bay beach in Mexico. Based in Puerto Aventuras this villa comes fully staffed and fitted with the most luxurious features for you to enjoy including a heated infinity swimming pool, large outdoor living spaces, lavish interiors, full-size private tennis court, and its beachfront location. This gorgeous boutique villa embraces elegant architecture and a vibrant Mexican style. A full-service villa with a Gourmet chef, dedicated concierge and butler service.

Hacienda Mágica is a 14,000 square foot Mexican colonial beachfront Villa with an authentic Mexican flavour completed with Mexican furniture and style. The villa can host weddings and events year-round due to its expansive living areas. For larger groups, corporate Retreats, Weddings, and Events Hacienda Mágica may also be rented with Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Del Mar next door. The Hacienda Estate may host events of 250 guests and offer luxurious suites for 90 guests. The bold yellow exteriors are vibrant and make the villa stand out among the lush green and blue landscape. The large arches and strong white pillars create a bold presence.

The property rests on a stretch of a sugar-fine sandy beach and is set amidst a lush tropical landscape. As the private beach lies a tiptoe away it is the perfect place to enjoy a picnic or walk along the soft shore and let the water lap over your toes. Go shell hunting along the beach and explore the warm shallow pool of water in total seclusion from the outside world. The sun-kissed haven is the perfect place to experience your dream vacation. You can also enjoy the turquoise ocean water right from your backyard as the villa oversees the whole area. The landscaped gardens create an ambience of luxury and elegance. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers that are laced around the 39 ft. beachfront pool or slip into the refreshing waters for a crisp swim. You can enjoy a lovely light meal in the covered dining area or simply relax on the outdoor seating shaded by the parasols, and enjoy the boats sailing swiftly and silently across the glistening blue waters. The villas exterior living spaces offer you an authentic Caribbean experience. With the perfect backdrop, relaxing by the sea couldn’t be easier. You can also enjoy a wide range of activities including swimming, Kayaking, and snorkelling in the fresh glistening water.

In the evenings you can indulge in some alfresco dining. Listen to the sounds of the water lapping onto the shores in the distance and let the Caribbean breeze skim across your skin as you tuck into a delicious meal made by your own professional chef. Take advantage of the laid-back island lifestyle with an ice-cold drink, from the bar, while enjoying the captivating sunsets over this majestic land. You can also heat the pool making it perfect for some late-night swimming even in the cooler seasons.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready to use if you wish. Your professional chef can also cook up something tantalizing for your taste buds. The living areas reflect an authentic Mexican villa with intricate patterns and both traditional and bold modern artwork. The plush sofas are colourful and can seat a lot of guests. There is a high-resolution television mounted on the wall opposite the sofas and the room has direct access out onto the large open terrace and pool area. The room is flooded with light and character. Making your way into the centre of the villa your breath will be taken away as you enter the open courtyard. Here you will find four more tables (four seats each) that can cater for more of your guests.

The fourteen large suites are luxurious, and each includes an en-suite bathroom. Four of the suites has full unobstructed views of the Beach and Ocean while the Master suite has its own private balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea. All suites have a secure digital safe, High-resolution Television and each bathroom has a hairdryer. There are two and a half litres of bottled drinking water supplied per day in each bedroom. The bedrooms are fitted with the finest of linens and exquisite Mexican style furniture. The rooms are colourful, tasteful and overall extremely comfortable.

• Non-holiday stays have a 3-night minimum and arrivals may be any day of the week.
• Damage waiver for Haciendas: non-refundable damage waiver fee of US$300 per house per stay
