The entire floor is bright as a result of the many glass sliding doors and a skylight that floods the space with natural light. The beautifully decorated multi-leveled room includes the open kitchen, the dining area for up to 12 guests, and the comfortable sitting area with large TV, all conceived with a minimalist aesthetic and using a touch of turquoise color to mimic the outside waters of Lake Como.

This luxury villa is set on 27,000 sq ft of private perfectly manicured lawns and includes a shimmering swimming pool with an adjacent hot tub. The panoramic sundeck is fitted with high-quality furniture for sunbathing and dining alfresco and it boasts 180-degrees of the stunning vista. This magnificent property is the ideal place for a tranquil and yet invigorating retreat.

The area of Lake Como is full of picturesque towns with narrow cobbled streets, breath-taking views, and lovely homes, best seen from late spring to early fall. Take a refreshing walk through the city of Como and indulge in its history and architecture, then hop on the ferry and head north to visit other towns on the lakeshore.

Visitors can book a flight over the lake by seaplane or take the funicular (hillside trolley) to Brunate and enjoy incredible views. Extreme sports enthusiasts can enjoy paragliding off Mount Nuvolone. Groups can book boat tours with our concierge to enjoy the lake from the water, having fun spotting properties owned by the rich and famous. You might even spot George Clooney if you’re lucky.
