Welcome to Splendora, a luxury 9-bedroom villa located on the lakefront at Lake Como in Italy. This stunning property will be a base for you and your guests as you explore all the small towns and picturesque views dotted along the infamous lake.

This magnificent villa is located on the opposite shore of Moltrasio. This property is beautiful and is south facing allowing exceptional views of Cernobbio and Como and spectacular sunsets. The property is built on multiple levels and features expansive grounds.

The property welcomes guests and offers beauty, peace, and privacy. This destination is the perfect place to make memories with your loved ones that will last a lifetime. The lake views and breathtaking sunsets create the perfect backdrop for a vacation in this lakeside paradise.

The panoramic terrace at the main villa features a table and chairs for dining al fresco under the shades or under the stars. The heated swimming pool at the villa is another favorite spot of ours, perfect for enjoying the view of the lake during the sunny hours. The property also has a hot tub that can accommodate four people and looks out onto the lake. There is also an outdoor patio with chairs, a table, a bathroom, and a covered shower.

The villa also features a wonderful waterfall and private path with direct access to the town of Torno. This town offers a charming piazza, a local church, restaurants, bars, and an ice cream shop. Spend your days strolling around the town and soaking up the warm Italian sun.

This property is just ten minutes by car from Como and is just a few steps from the lovely village of Torno. This property is ideal for large families or friends looking to enjoy a lakeside vacation. Enjoy the enchanting views of the lake from the comfort of your private villa. Gaze at the villages dotted along the lakes or enjoy a boat trip which you can take from the marina located just below your villa.

In a separate building adjacent to the main house, you will find a gym with a treadmill, bike, elliptical machine, weights, and a room for painting and other relaxing activities with a 20-foot ceiling. The arched windows offer beautiful views of the lake and grounds.

LOCATION:
The area of Lake Como is abundant in beautiful towns with narrow cobbled streets, breathtaking views, and lovely homes and gardens, best visited from late spring to early fall. Take a stroll through Como to enjoy its remarkable history and exquisite architecture, then hop on the ferry and head north to visit other towns on the lakeshore. There is always an abundance of things to see and do at Lake Como.

However, there is more to do in this area than traditional sightseeing. Visitors can book a flight over the lake by seaplane or take the funicular to Brunate and enjoy spectacular views from above. Extreme sports enthusiasts can enjoy paragliding off Mount Nuvolone. Small and large groups can book boat tours with our concierge to enjoy the lake from the water, having fun spotting properties owned by the rich and famous.

Lake Como offers water skiing, windsurfing, and wakeboarding for the more adventurous guests at Mosaic House. Nothing is better than spending a day on the lake while the sun shines. Bikers will surely enjoy the natural trails that lead to the mountains or even hidden pebbled beaches. Go for a round of golf or tennis at one of the many locations across the lake region.
